            Transaction date of post construction cleaning: 2/21/2023 Details: Maids and Moore was hired to perform a "post construction" cleaning on my home which was totally empty of all furniture except for a covered glass tabletop leaning against the wall.The kitchen countertops were covered in a clear plastic that had been installed to protect it from the paint work.Basis of complaint:. The cleaning was not performed as advertised. Streaks on windows, uncleaned sliding glass door track and window track in kitchen. Only half of kitchen cabinets were wiped out. Flooring cleaned poorly.Update: $140 out of $440 was refunded. We asked for $100 more to get kitchen cabinets cleaned. Owner refused.

            I regret not checking more detailed reviews before booking this company, despite their 4-star rating and 700+ reviews. If you hire them and don't supervise closely, items **will** go missing. I'm not the first to report this. I had a 21k gold necklace and an SPF bottle in the same drawer, both now missingworth over $1000. When I contacted the company, they claimed the cleaners denied taking anything and tried to blame two other helpers who were with me downstairs the entire time.The cleaning quality was mediocre at best, a 7/10. Additionally, the cleaner refused to use ****** Translate and only spoke Spanish, despite my repeated attempts to communicate that we don't speak Spanish. She also complained to the other worker throughout the job. I will never use this service againcompletely untrustworthy.
