Very unprofessional. I ordered the registered agent service at $90 dollars a year or $10 dollars a month according to their website, However, nowhere on the website does it state that the $90 dollars is just for the registered agent service and that the $10 dollars a month is what a person pays if they purchase the *** incorporation service. Yes, it is $30 cheaper to purchase the annual service than the monthly service, but it was just a shock to see $90 dollars charged to my bank account. In addition, I attempted to use the chat service on their website that showed the name of an actual person, however the person on the chat was an AI program that could answer my questions but could not connect me to a CSR. After seeing the past few reviews and complaints, I am thinking that I made a mistake with this company, and I cringe at what the next year will bring me. Furthermore, I attempted to fill out the rest of my paperwork for my Missouri *** registration, however Better Legal isn't even listed in ********'s data base of registered agents. I also tried to return to Better Legal's website to login and see if I could get any information about my registered agent order, however there is no way of creating an account and just takes you to a sales page. Even with a purchase, the website states that there is no record of my email address.

Used to use LegalZoom, just too complicated and annoying plus the additional fees add up. Switched to Better Legal. Straight forward, easy, informative and priced fairly. Couldn't be happier so far.

BetterLegal made it extremely easy for me to convert my sole proprietorship law practice into a PLLC. Even as an attorney, that seemed like a lot of work, and BetterLegal made it so that I didnt have to worry about it getting done quickly and correctly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start a business or change their existing structure.

Better Legal's Registered ************* is a trap. We pay Better Legal $10/month for two LLCs that have been dissolved. We didn't know they were dissolved because the notices from the state went to the registered agent,--Better Legal--not us. We have tried to cancel the service but they insist that we have to file to change the registered agent (at a fee to the state) before the service can be cancelled. According to their logic, we have to change the registered agent on a two LLCs that have been dissolved (which we actually can't according to the Security of ************* before they'll stop billing. Worst part, our bank supports their decision, so we have close that account to stop being charged. Better Legal's Support doesn't return phone calls or emails.One LLC was dissolved 42 months ago. The other was dissolved 6 months ago. They'll billed us for 48 of service for LLC that have been dissolved and did notify us that they were dissolved. And they continue to bill us because they refuse to stop or return phone calls and emails. It's a slick GUI but Better Legal is nothing more than a simple e-commence site that wants a CC number to perform no real service beyond what you'll find at most state's SOS websites. If you want a registered agent, call any local lawyer in the state. Better Legal Registered ************* is a scam.

I had a good experience with Abdul from Better Legal who helped reset my password and helped to find my Webfile number with the state of Texas. He is still working on it but he has shown rgeat patience which is much appreciated. I'm still not done though.
