ZenBusiness covers me on all the requirements that matter as a business owner. Im coming up on my first full year in business, and its been a relief to know that ZenBusiness keeps me in compliance, keeps me informed of timely matters, is responsive to my inquiries, focuses on resolutions, and makes all of it as low-stress and light-lifting for me as they can. Recently, I had to make an update to my account and ******* was fantastic. She worked with my availability for a live call, listened to my feedback, made note of it being useful to ZenBusiness, and resolved my inquiry over a friendly, supportive, and effective call. I gave 4 out 5 stars because in the beginning I wanted to set up my small business banking with **************** but their Plaid system was not yet set up for it. Inconvenient but I learned that it would be resolved over time but not immediately. So, I had to close that bank account and open one with BoA to keep everything connected to the system. I have and will certainly continue to recommend ZenBusiness to anyone looking to LLC.

Okay, so this is going to be a bit of a mixed review, but I hope it is helpful to anyone looking at it.I launched my LLC through Zenbusiness to have an entity to hold ownership for my music, writing, and other media publications. The initial process was amazing, had a consultation over the phone. All went well except for one hitch in the beginning, I had signed up for their registered agent service, which had an extra cost that I had overlooked. They dinged my card a few times, I didn't have the funds in my business account for them. The 1st person I spoke with that time was not the most friendly about it, but the second person was. So why the 5 star review? I'll explain. After I got it figured out, I spoke to another gentleman and he was very professional and apologetic and it was a wonderful experience.Then a week later, I got a letter from a collections company about the fee for the registered agent, which I cancelled as mentioned earlier. It just so happened to come during a bit of a personal crisis for me, as i was having a PTSD episode. The collections agency was rude and hung up on me. Feeling defeated, I called Zenbusiness again and got ********, who was an absolute godsend. Not only did she solve the problem, but she was kind in spite of my adrenaline filled demeanor. She also took a legitimate interest in my business, and talking to her calmed my heart rate, and even had me smiling by the end of it. I got back to work after the interaction and had an extremely productive day creatively. Not common after an adrenaline spike. ******** saved the day!! I'm extremely difficult to work with when my adrenaline is flowing like that, and I honestly couldn't be more grateful for the interaction today.I do see that people are complaining about their costs, but all of us in business are in it to make money. I find the $200 a year to have someone to contact when things inevitably come up with the entity let's me focus on creating my work. 5/5 highly recommend
