Entered into a written contract to purchase insurance leads from Digital BGA in May of 2021. They are refusing to honor that contract even though they would not allow me out of it. Now they want to keep my money and not honor the conditions of the signed contract. While the contract states no refund will be given, the fact that Digital BGA is willfully violating that contract negates that clause and a refund or the leads are the only resolution at this point.Business response
