      I feel scammed! I agreed to 4 hours of cleaning from this company. I did not see anything about signing up for 6months of service! The cleaner did our home today and I was satisfied. A few minutes after she left I saw another charge of $52.43 a month for six months. Homeaglow has not done anything to better assist my cleaning needs for the last five months. Then when trying to cancel they want $200. to cancel! This is a grave error on my part but needed to notify you with my concerns. What a terrible waste of money! I did not even finish my application. I just got a cleaning person contacting me to come clean parts of my house for four hours. Do not get me wrong the crew of ladies that came over were very helpful. I asked for a one time cleaning and that is what I thought I was getting. I had no idea about the six month contract.

      I should have read before I booked this service. I was not going to complain until my account was double drafted. This is ridiculous. I told the company use it as a training moment because this was his first time. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. SCAM is correct. They call me after I canceled my service. They charged me for the service that was poor. Then charged me for the cancelation even though I agreed to do a contract free month to month. They used a card that was no longer on file. to continuously charge my account. BE AWARE. They save your card information. IS THAT LEGAL. DO THEY NEED AUTHORZATION. Service POOR.

      The cleaners do not show up! I received a text 5 minutes before they were to arrive on 8/22/24 at 10:00 AM. The cleaner asked if she could come another day. I requested this date for a reason. She stated sorry, not sorry. I can't get a person on the phone, and they keep sending emails saying they are trying to find me someone for the next day. I want a refund and can't locate this request on the "dashboard". They are a scam and do not hire reliable people. I too was placed on a recurring cleaning program. I have canceled the service and don't expect to be charged!

      Zero stars - this company is a scam - booked a cleaning and they signed me up for some plan that charges an extra 50 bucks. I did not consent to the plan, just one cleaning to try the service. I cancelled and they charged me 250 bucks. I have logged a complaint with the credit card company as well this is ridiculous!

      Saw an add for Homeglow and looked them up. I provided some information (which they require before they will show you actual details) and this is when the problems began. I have been receiving multiple phone calls back to back from this company. Today, 3 back to back calls , a text message and voicemail from someone named ******. Either shes padding her call count to improve her KPIs or its company policy. No matter the reason it needs to stop. I took the time during a previous round of multiple calls to inform the person calling that I was no longer interested in any services, yet the calls, voicemails, and text messages continue! I am beyond done with these people and will be warning as many people as possible not to provide even the most basic information to them. Cease and desist obviously means nothing to them.If I could select no stars I would.

      I find that their advertising is very misleading and the charges are escalated. My experience was as below and upon trying to cancel the services I received a message that I would be charged 180. I had understood that there may be a full charge for the first visit if further visits were canceled undstanding that the initial cleaning would be billed at 30/hr. for a total of 90. The ***** advertising was not true. If you watch their tv ads, they do not support what they are doing.

      A scam business advertised on tv for a $19 housecleaning. Will not close account for their Forever Clean membership. Signing up for $19 cleaning, I was automatically given a Forever Clean membership. They charge $49 a month and will not close account without charging you for a few months of $49. A scam agreement There are no phone services therefore one cannot call them Have finally received a few emails. One credited my credit card for $14.89 that there cleaners defrauded me I need your help to get me out of this scam agreement. ***** ****** is owner of these ************* Discover card. Ive put in a dispute and a stop pay However these scammers probably have other names they use to collect their scam fees

      This company needs to be stopped for false advertisement and forcing people to sign a contract without giving details. This is the worst service ever and was charged two times. The appointment was set for 2:30pm but the cleaner did not show up until 5:45pm the next day with all kinds of excuses as to why the appointment was changed, Once they arrived, the only completed my kitchen and the bathrooms. I was supposed to get a 3hrs service for a 3/2/2 single home but they left the house after 3 hours still did not get the house completed, vacuumed or dusted it's not like I have a huge house. I have a 1800 square feet. This house cleaning should have been completed.
