Unsolicited and unapproved charges from this company appeared on my credit card. We were searching for parking options online and entered our credit card on what we thought was a site for parking garages/lots, but it was actually for myskt. Multiple requests for cancellation of any subscription, service, etc and refund of money, making clear I did not approve, nor do I want whatever service they claim to be providing. (website is very vague on what exactly they do). They request nearly all digits of my credit card to "process the request". Info not provided. They continue to bill my credit card for phantom services on a bi-weekly basis. Charges of $3.95, $39.95 and $4.95. Presumably they will not stop, so it appears I will need to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued in order to be rid of them.Business response

We have refunded the account in full and blocked the associated credit card with the transaction to ensure no future charges occur.Customer response

On 6/5/23, I signed up for a streaming platform I was guaranteed would be free of charge. Instead, I was charged a dollar according to my bank. I would like my money back and my subscription canceled as they have ignored all attempts to be held accountable for their actions.
