In received an email about a purchase I had supposedly made, which I hadn't. I contacted the company via email informing them to cancel the order that the order is fraudulent and want not made by me. The email response I received was that the buyer accidentally input a wrong email address by mistake and it could not be changed and I would simply receive a few email updated about delivery. I received emailed about delivery and an additional email from a Gmail account about my report for fraud. I was asked if I remembered talking with them about my mother and my daughter who picked the earrings out supposedly. I am a young, single woman. This company is either a complete fraud in itself, or did not take my notice seriously about the fraudulent order. I looked online to the companies legitimacy and did not see anything stating it was a scam company and it appears to be 100% legitimate. They did not handle my concern about fraud at all and simply said it was a mistake they could not fix. Now, I am receiving additional emails that do not apply to me.
