I am writing to file a complaint against Indeed regarding their refusal to allow me to post jobs and verify my account, despite providing legitimate business documents multiple times. I have submitted insurance documents, utility bills, and a statement of registration from the provincial government all of which has my address and name and place of business. Despite this, an Indeed agent informed me that the decision is final, without providing any explanation or opportunity for resolution. This issue has severely hindered my ability to hire through their platform. I understand the need for reviews to prevent scams, but denying me a chance to rectify any issues is unreasonable and hinders my ability to recruit through their platform. I'm extremely frustrated as I am currently working with a business consultant (who has a ton of experience in this industry) and have paid a lot of money for their support in setting up the business, which is limited to just a couple of months. They have informed me that Indeed has been their go-to place to screen and hire contractors. I request your intervention to resolve this matter promptly.
