I had a paperwork issue from a 25 year old case and this issue was preventing me from renewing my license. 17 years into a career and I was looking at losing my livelihood. This is my second time using ********************** Law. One was a licensing issue and one was a licensing agency private complaint. Mr. ********************** evolved as a person as far as I can see. He is more cordial, listens more and is more willing to work things out with clients. He shows compassion and professionalism. I've experienced 3 lawyers, 2 paralegals and one awesome office manager and they have all been great. The current staff is very knowledgeable, professional and competent in dealing with licensing agencies. This case was simplistic, yet the licensing agency made it difficult and unpleasant to comply with their requests. ********************** lawyers got them to work on our timeline and forego some of the irrelevant items they wanted. The attorney pushed for a disposition and stayed on top of the licensing agency. This complaint was also turned into a lawsuit by the complainant. In that case, the complainant became the plaintiff. ********************** lawyers coordinated with my civil attorney. They got the complaint dismissed and language in the dismissal that proved the complaint groundless, baseless and without merit. This was used in the civil case for a counter-suit and now the plaintiff is having to pay me. Great job, **********************. Don't go at it alone. I will say I was very surprised how expensive it was and how quickly went through the retainer. This was my first time having to use a lawyer so possibly just ignorant of how much things cost. It was a hardship but I will say I dont regret hiring them and would do so again. Everything ended well and it was direct result of my lawyer ************ and cant thank him enough for fighting for me. The staff and *********** were all very efficient and got back to me quickly and were on top of everything. Even when my lawyer was very sick at home with Covid he still reached out to to talk to me about the case which I was extremely appreciative for. If ones liscence is on the line I dont believe it is worth the risk to try to fight on ones own, no matter how untrue the claims and a good defense you feel you have. I have discovered it seems in these situations when one makes claims against you, that you are guilty until proven innocent rather than innocent until proven guilty, thus I highly recommend hiring them to handle it for you.
