I went with ***************** to represent me for filing chapter 13 bankruptcy, which is one of the things their business claims to resolve. I was with them over a year with an attorney named ***, who never did anything towards my case, and it was barely contactable ever reached. I paid in full to the business and September 2023 and I was trying to keep the house in my possession, which is the reason for the chapter 13. I knew there would be a deadline since I knew there would be a foreclosure. I would call often to see what I needed to do or what the status was on my case to which I would never hear back about. Then I received an email from both *** and, ***************** inform me that *** no longer worked for the company and that I was able to stay with the company or go with her. I decided to stay on with the company they assigned a new attorney named Justice. Justice knew that I was not able to get my W-2s to file my taxes, which was part of what was needed in order to file the bankruptcy. I informed her that I was consistently trying to reach out to my former employee to get that and give to them she said she would help me with that, but then never did. I had to keep calling going up there and speaking to the floor supervisor as well as the owner of the company son and the lady at the front desk to obtain the W-2s to which I was never able to get until months and months down the line. Then I was finally able to get that filed and took the final paperwork up to the company. I was informed that they were no longer working on my case which at that time I was then days away from the foreclosure. On May 7 was the foreclosure day and I obtained another attorney at 3 oclock who told me that Bankruptcy would. Without any paperwork, he went ahead and filed emergency bankruptcy for me not to lose the house with no information at all. Now they dont want to return the money to me. So they just took my money and kept it and did nothing towards the bankruptcy at all.
