1 starI have been dealing with them for almost 2 years. I submitted all of the info they requested (the first time) and waited. I waited for a couple of months without hearing anything before I reached out and was told "we dropped the ball - you will have to redo all of your profit/loss statements and submit everything again since it's no longer current". I told them I would take care of this when I do my taxes in October (extension) - they said that was fine. In July I get an email saying "Case Closeout" and that they were only refunding me $300 out of the $2700 I paid them. I spoke with an attorney at their office once this whole time (for 15 minutes). No petition was done, no actual information was sent to the courts, and no time was spent on my case. How do they get this number? They won't tell you. I reach out to one of the managers, ******, who looks into this for me. He finds that I was never even sent a 30 day notice and they just tried to close my case out and keep the money. He was able to get it started again since they "made another mistake". You seeing a trend here? During the time I was told my case was closed until October - I was looking a some debt consolidation avenues since they closed my case. In October they said they would reopen my case and I chose to go a different route. They are now saying they still will only be refunding me $300 out of the $2700 spent because of the time and work done on my case. What case? I understand they did some work on this. I am not expecting to get a full refund. However, they will not provide any scope of work. How is this not Legal Malpractice? I guess we will find out.Review fromYvonne R

1 starThe lawyer told us they couldn't help us and because we asked for our money back another lawyer called to say they could and that we would be cancelling and werent *********** our money back...very shady operation!!!Review fromLawrence B

Working with this company has really been a pleasure. They are very efficient and everything is user friendly when it comes to uploading information in the system to filling out anything that they needed. They are very friendly and they are always available if you need their help. I would recommend this company with five stars.
