I spoke with the rudest individual concerning my toll violation's. I had set up a payment with fort bend and then informed them of it. They refused to give me confirmation that I spoke with them. I also notified them that they did not provide an account number at all in order to pay the law firm, which they refused to believe me. Even after I asked if I could email or show them that it was not provided. They also refuse to send confirmation that I spoke with them and resolved the matter . The representative was very dismissive and did not care for concerns or to try and help at all. I have no problem paying my tolls that I missed however, the level or rudeness and disrespect directed towards me was completely unnecessary.Review from Sarah M

Received second letter asking me to pay a parking violation in a State that I do not live or work in, the tag number is not mine either. After reading these reviews I will not be contacting these people. Total SCAM!!!Review from Matt H

Their ************** wrote me a letter recently stating they will take money from my tax refund. Illinois has poor consumer rights laws. Nothing can stop this corrupt law firm from collecting and harassing people for traffic fines.Review from steve s

2 hours on hold to pay a toll bill to get my DL They don't care because they know I HAVE to get it paid to drive so they don't hire and reduce the profitability I eventually gave up - the worst I have ever dealt with I did not have the stamina to wait more than two hours you can't do it online because the reference number isnt the payment number and I never received a letter with it unethical bordering on immoralReview from Willis T

I received a robocall from 1 844 598-****, claiming it was from Linebarger, Goggan, Blair Samson. The recording stated, "This is the collections department of Linebarger Goggan Blair and ****** calling for ....." The recording ended without stating who they were trying to reach. i believe they collect traffic fines for the court in ***********. i have not been to **********, let alone, *********** for over 5 years. I believe this is some scammer attempting to collect fictitious traffic fines.Review from Elizabeth L

Piece of c*** so called law firm that is collecting on a toll not owed for my 72 year old mother. So called ticket was from a camera in ********, picture of care is not my mom's and my Mom was in the hospital and the car parked at our house in ******* on said date. SCAM! This is the worst law firm I have ever dealt with! I received a letter regarding some taxes my deceased father *** on some property in **********. I called for 3 weeks to speak to someone and pay the taxes. Yesterday I just kept calling until the young lady called me back and she was rude. What a total BULL$#@! collector. Website asks you for information that is supposed to be found on you letter, being the client code and some other online code, to pay your collections notice. There is no stated numbers. The reference code turns out to be your client code, whcih I had to pry out of this idiot that took the phone call, and there is no online code at all listed on letter. Lady that took my call refused to give me any information to pay the bill and would not take an online payment after verifying my info and identity. What in the actual F#@!????Review from Yoel p

Scam toll to my 84 year old mother who was in the hospital in a different state on the date the toll was supposedly given. It's a SCAM!!!! They are harassing her with letters but will not send the picture of her going through the toll! They should have a ZERO rating!!!
