I purchased a green and white varsity jacket for $449.10 on January 25, 2024. I never received confirmation email the order has been processing for almost 2 weeks. I am unable to get a hold of anybody in this company that is through the phone chat on their website or email. Today I dug a little further as to why I was having issues and I found the actual website. The website I ordered from is a scam. I do not believe they are making my jacket, or any jackets for that fact, I firmly believe that they took my money and ran. their reviews on ****** say the same unfortunately I did not look at the reviews before I purchased the jacket.Initial Complaint

This company is selling fake counterfeit jackets and passing them off as real. They are not authentic Pelle Pelle ************************* jackets and I paid for 2 and only got one.Initial Complaint

I ordered the American bruiser Pelle Pelle jacket (black) from the pellepellestore.com website. I ordered the jacket on 11/6/23 and it arrived on 12/4/23. Once I opened the package I quickly noticed that it was different from the jacket that I ordered and that it was different from what was being advertised on the website. I contacted the company via email and expressed my displeasure with the jacket I received and how it differed from what was being depicted on the website. The company isnt responding to my request for a refund. The order number is #*****, the tracking number is #************. The package was delivered by ****** I also enclosed photos of the jacket I received. The patches are totally different. The Pelle Pelle signature on the sleeve is different. Its supposed to have blue stones, but this jacket has painted stones. The inside of the jacket should be grey not black. Its a total knock off.Initial Complaint

I ordered a white chi town leather jacket with fur around the hood on 10-07-2023 I've called and spoke to a guy he told me it is being shipped I chatted with a guy and he says the same thing I've been getting the run around and this is not right if only I lived in ***** I'd definitely go by there I feel it's a scam and this place should not be in business this is hard earned money and these people are playing with this is ridiculous and unacceptable Please HelpInitial Complaint

I purchased a jacket from on September 22nd I have contacted them multiple times and then all of a sudden I get an email saying that my order is on hold and that they are supposed to be sending me a refund I finally spoke to somebody on the first of October and was told that my refund will be back on my account within 7 to 14 business days from Oct 30. I still have not received my refund of $405.00 a person I spoke to told me that our order was on hold and that I can still purchase the jacket either now or once I get the refund but honestly I believe it's a complete scam!Initial Complaint

I ordered a Pelle Pelle coat costing around $560 on 03/11/23. I ordered it from the Pelle Pelle store. I have called the company and left messages trying to find out when will my order be ready and shipped. I even sent emails with no response. I cannot look my order up on the website because it says there has been no order placed. Not true, I placed my order on 03/11/23. I have the email from them when I placed my order thats my proof that I ordered it and paid in full for it. I can really use the BBB help on this issue. I cant afford to just give people large sums of money without receiving what I paid for. Theyre nothing less than thieves and they should be criminally prosecuted.
