            This business offers a 4 day turnaround service to apostille a document for $75. Upon payment I received an email message, letting me know that I owed an additional $20 since they have temporarily discontinued the 4 day service and can only offer the same day service and fee. See quote provided by them:"Apostille Texas is currently only offering our same day Texas apostille services and Texas authentication services. We have temporarily discontinued our slower four day turnaround Texas apostille service option and we will charge you the same day service amount if you check the four day option on our Texas apostille order form by mistake."They are not being very forthcoming of this information as it should be something that should be posted on the welcome page of their site or at least on the pricing and services page, and it is not. This information is currently located under the ******19 information page, which is not something someone using their mail-in service would think of checking out when looking to use their services, and therefore will end up purchasing a service that is not currently being offered and later get upcharged to something else that one did not agree to.

            Poor customer service. Don't answer the phone during business hours . Website is Complicated and lengthy .Rude and **** to customer over the phone .Set up in an office ark with no complay front . Quotes one price then raised it 25$When. I arrived . Refused to ship documents after the work was finished and demanded next day pickup. No customer Service . Do not do business with this company.

            This disturbed man was insanely abusive on the phone, in person with our front desk staff, and by email for no reason. He would not follow our detailed directions and is the worst client we have ever had in 13 plus years in business.We didn't raise any price he simply couldn't read our website or order form properly. He was charged exactly what our order form and website stated. He just couldn't do basic math and we told him by email that he filled out the order form wrong as well.Our front desk girls almost called the police on him that's how creepy uncomfortable he made them feel when he came into our office.We did exactly what he paid us to do for three documents at the state level. We then refunded his money for the *** check he wanted federally done because we didn't want his business and we mailed his documents back to him via FedEx.He also swore at us via emails randomly and is literally an old sociopath.See screenshot of the email subject lines as proof.**********************
