      Something needs to be done about FloSports immediately, and I mean in the legal sense. In this day and age a business like this should not be allowed to operate in the ***. There is no question they are shady and use many different tactics to attempt to steal money from unsuspecting subscribers. I only subscribe to them for four months of the year solely for the lacrosse season. Every single time I've canceled my subscription the past 3 years when the lacrosse season had ended, they would start charging my card again. This is after I received a cancellation confirmation email back from them. One year they had charged me for 4 months before I noticed it. When you contact them about it, they like to play games by using many different agents who all ask the same questions that I had already answered in a previous email with another agent. My guess is they are hoping you just give up so they get to keep your money that they certainly don't deserve. That said, I was able to get refunded as I always keep the cancellation confirmation email they send, but It shouldn't happen in the first place and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my money back, I have more important things to do. I really don't want a corporate scripted response to my complaint. Just be better and stop deliberately trying to steal from the hard working people who put their trust in you by subscribing to your service.

      They market a price of $150 to Canadians, but do not mention anywhere in their advertising or at the time of checkout that this is US funds. It's fine to operate in the dollar of your country, but not revealing that at checkout is FRAUD.

      HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE SINCE PURCHASE.1st - Video quality is horrible, lag and buffering throughout, Commercials play great YAY.2nd - Horrible site navigation just trying to find a video is painful, ** the commercial content on the site loads FAST unlike the actual content your searching for.3rd - Overall production value is not even close, bad camera angles, shot through fencing, low angles where you can barely see the track action, camera jumping, constant from one camera to another, audio quality is poor at best, unless you are watching a video from a major track like ****** or ***** oil, you like commercials they are awesome. AND LOUD the audio levels between video and commercial is so huge you might pop a speaker if you do NOT lower the volume between streaming race and when the commercials start.4th - NO way to get refunded for purchasing a bad product.Summary - After purchasing and getting a horrible product that is way over sold as quality racing streaming service, i did research, should have done this first right.Discovered the following- NO need to subscribe just go to ******* and even there no need to watch the video as they show winner of the race right in the thumbnail for the video and tell you in the title all you need to know ... fast results absolutly no need to watch the streamed content suffer through the lag, buffering, vulgar language from reporters and race announcers, and if you expect the announcing to remotely match what your seeing on screen yeah that will not match up as well.Conclusion - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this service as you will NOT get anything for your investment you cannot get for FREE on *******.

      This company is seriously the worst. Paid for a subscription and was never able to watch a single game. Have been trying to cancel since February and they are still charging me. "Can't find my account" " Can't match the email address" They will not call you to talk about it or try to help in anyway. A response from someone different each time. I ended up having to cancel my debit card which has other LEGITIMATE recurring drafts. So THANKS for that. I finally got through to a person by selecting the wrong prompt just to get a person on the phone. (checked techincal support vs billing) and got someone who was very kind and said he's going to refund me. We'll see. I

      I signed up to watch my daughter swim in her NCAA final meet of the season. I had to sign up with FLOSports. I downloaded the app. I signed up for one month. There was no information that said the subscription would automatically renew. I used my Apple pay and did not realize that subscription kept going. There are no live people to contact. This company is a scam for parents and families who want to see their children compete.

      Based on the information on their website and promotions FloSports implied they were covering certain cycling races they did not have the rights for in the **. The website has been updated since (though it is still not immediately clear) but at that time I signed up it looked like the races I wanted would be covered. Found out day of a big one they were not. Fortunately only bought a month which I cancelled a week and one covered race in. Asked for a prorated refund of my $30 -FloSports said no. False advertising and an unwillingness to work with disgruntled customers - not a good company.

      I would call them criminal. I cancelled my subscription over a week prior to renewal, and they renewed it anyway. They won't cancel and refund my money, The unauthorized withdraw ******** my bank account and now I won't be able to make rent. Thieves is all they are. Additionally, the service is overpriced and poor quality

      Star rating below zero! But I had to choose one. Scammed!! They are experts at it! There are so many reviews about these people scamming others for money. I was scammed too! Read the reviews about flosports taking money from people without their knowledge. This would benefit some with a class action law suit considering the people they've scammed over the years! If you cancel the day of renewal they act like they gave no way of refunding your money. What a joke!
