Additional Information for FloSports Inc.

BBB files indicate that FloSports, Inc. has a pattern of complaints concerning billing and advertising issues.  Specifically, consumers allege they were unaware of a negative option and charged automatically during their renewal term.  Consumers also alleged they believed they were paying for FloSports Inc. services priced monthly but instead were charged the annual price for a one-year subscription.  Consumers also allege they canceled services with FloSports Inc. and were continued  to be charged. Finally, Consumers experienced difficulties canceling services and technical difficulties with FloSports, Inc.'s service.

In August 2023 BBB submitted a written request to FloSports Inc. encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.

FloSports Inc. responded to BBB's request on November 27, 2023, stating in October of 2022 they implemented directing BBB cases to their case management system to ensure every BBB complaint receives a timely response.  FloSports Inc. has also implemented improved training and empowered agents to work with consumers to prevent further escalation to BBB.  

FloSports Inc. has also implemented improving its plan selection page to show their annual plan billed annually and how it is billed (monthly or annually) below the price.  FloSports, Inc. has also implemented a monthly plan to provide more flexibility in plan options and transparency in billing choices to consumers.
