      I bought a natural gas oven from this company. I was told it was brand new and guaranteed. I installed the unit in a new home I bought and the burners did not work. I went to the store I bought it from and they gave me a phone number to call. I have tried repeatedly they do not answer and they don't return any message left. I finally hired a repair company to try and see what was wrong. I have a written statement from them that the unit was switched to propane 97and could never be used in ****** where we are natural gas, they removed all serial numbers, and that the unit will never be able to be used. I was defrauded and they won't reply back. Hopefully you can help

      I purchased a washer and dryer unit with the guarantee that they were both working units with only cosmetic issues. I was also guaranteed a year of manufacturers warranty for both units. At the time I arrived home with the units and installed both, I found the dryer to be incomplete, the washer had broken parts. ****** did not work as it would leak water and show error message, dryer did not work either. I contacted the 800 number I was provided for technician help, tech came out to see about repair. The tech called whirlpool to verify warranty status and was told it was not covered under any warranty. I have contacted the seller with no resolution. They have stated they will not issue a refund and then stated would send a technician out for repair. The same tech came out and stated her would not be working on units unless service was paid since units were out of warranty, I have spoken with ****** who claims to be a customer service rep. *** told by ****** that I would have a solution to this problem, was only told they are trying to figure out the issue and does not know when or if I will be getting replacement units as it looks like the items were defective.

      On January 27 2024 I purchased a ** Hotpoint washer and dryer from Axis Supply Corp DBA Appliance Surplus at ************************************************. The employee assured me that they were new and in working order, the only thing wrong with them was cosmetic scratches and dents and that they were covered under a 1 yr warranty. Once I got the appliances home and tried to use the dryer I realized it did not heat. I immediately called the 800 number on the receipt and spoke with a man named ***. It took me calling repeatedly for over a week before he finally sent a ** service tech to inspect it under the warranty. The ** tech informed me that it is not covered under the warranty because it was not a working product at the time of sell and provided me with an invoice stating this. I called Axis Supply Corp and spoke to *** again. He asked me to email him over the invoice from ** and the company will either schedule an in house tech to come repair the dryer or they will replace or refund my money but someone will need to call me back. I agreed to keep the dryer if he sends someone to repair it. I have called every day for weeks since seeking resolution, only speaking to *** every time, who claims to be just a customer service rep and he will have a manager named ***** call me. I asked for the manager's full name and the main address for Axis Supply Corp but *** refused to provide that information. He just keeps giving me the run around saying someone will call me back.

      My husband and I when to this store to buy an AC unit, in their advertising they have them for a price we were able to afford, so we got there and there were two guys moving appliances around ,they looked busy so we decided to check around, we found the units and we saw what we had seen on the add ,so we though,ok,this is what we need so I when to ask them about it ant they sort out didn't pay much attention to me and one of the just said that the price was on the box, I though it was rude of them but I thought they are lacking costumer service skills, now I know that is a well rehearse act,so later on they can claim no liability on your purchase because YOU choose to do the purchase. So we decided to buy the unit and one of them came to do the desk I ask about the guaranty policy they advertise, he said it was a year from the purchase and all I need was to register my product on the 800 number and if anything when wrong I just call them and they will take care of the paperwork and contact the technician to came and fix it . Sounds really good right? WRONG, it's all a SCAM, they only gave us a 800 number to register the product for the guaranty and a recit true e-mail ,so when we got home and try to install the unit we end up finding out that the unit is made for a higher voltage than the one our household plugs can sustain and we can't use it their answer to that is well, thats not a defect and we can't give you neither credit, exchange or your money back So in other words we are screwed,just like that and your litlle money is gone,and they had been doing this over and over again because they find loop holes where they are never expose to liability And the law and good business credibility doesn't scare them because the advertise to poor people, to the elderly to the ignorant to us,the ones who doesn't how to use a computer or a phone where they know its not going to be much of repercussions because we are not going to complain and we just going to fold.

      I purchased a 65in ** around the first week of January 2022. When I got the ** home that day I noticed that the ** did not have any sound. So I reset and attempted all troubleshooting to see if it would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it did not. So the next day I went back to the merchant and explained the issue and was told that the they (Axis Supply Corp) has a warranty and that someone would be in contact to file a claim. Someone contacted me via text and I provided all information that was requested. To this day 05/25/2022, there has been no resolution. I have reached out to them multiple times (I have proof) and have been unable to rectify the issue. This is unacceptable!
