      I have done 2 different surveys for this company. Watching a TV show and doing research surveys after watching. The first time I did this, I emailed them for about a week before I received any response. This time I've emailed them numerous times and cannot get any response at all. I was finally compensated for the first one. But the second one I'm thinking is basically a lost cause. I cannot get the company to respond

      I would like to address this issue. I see that the resolution is to get the job done, we are a Media Marketing Research company that pays participants to watch content, and we pay them for their time.  We provide no services nor sell any products. Unfortunately, (like almost all companies during this time) we have had some staffing issues, and there have been delays in paying some of our participants. We have documented that he has been in contact with our company in his profile. I am also showing that he was paid $20 on 12/9, $10 on 12/14, $30 on 12/28, another $30 on 12/28, and $70 on 12/31. I am showing  that all of these payments have been redeemed, except the $10 that was sent on 12/14. It was delivered via email at 9:39 PM CST. Therefore, I resent the email for redemption. So, I am a little confused as to why he thinks he has not been paid.
