            Hires Jacks Stone and Masonry for landscaping work on 11/22/22 for *****. ***** up front and ***** when finished. *********** the owner of the company started the work and after two weeks, he requested a 800 draw and said it would cost 500 more to finish. He confirmed that this was plenty to finish the work. Reluctantly I agreed as I was concerned that he would abandon the work. After two more weeks, he became consistently unresponsive to when he would finish the work. This week he responded and said to finish the work, he would need another 800 and needed another draw. I told him Im not comfortable with that until more progress was made. I told him I would give the additional 800 at the end of the project if he continued. He said ok but by the time I went back inside he left and is not responding to my calls or texts and has abandoned the work he started. I will be pursing legal actions.

            *********** replied to me the same day, and was able to schedule an evaluation for a quote. After speaking, we were able to move forward and he had the entire project completed within a week. I feel he is quick to respond to questions and is an honest man.*********** is reliable, skilled, and provided an excellent repair.
