I ordered scrub pants from Healthcare Supply Pros on 2-05-2024 . The pants are not what I expected and would like to return them. I tried to contact the company with no success. Do NOT order from this company.Review from Dependable Home Care N

Ordered items from Healthcare Supply Pros ( A Medical Supply/DME Company online) on September 13, 2023. Other than an Order Confirmation with my order number on it, I have not had any information on the shipping and arrival date. I called and left multiple messages. Options of different numbers available and some disconnected, and/or not working numbers. No one has ever gotten back to me from the messages I was able to leave. I've read endless complaints with this company with similar or same issues. This company has already gotten our payment for the merchadise we ordered and we need our merchandise!. It is not even for us, it is actually for one of our patients who is waiting for these items. Company is not transparent at all, is this a real company? I would rate this company at a zero until our issue is resolved!!!!!Review from Alicia D

Ordered something on January 3, 2023. Other than a PayPal receipt I have not had any information on the shipping and arrival date. I called and left a message. No one got back to me. Finally found an email address to complain. Their standard answer is the item is being processed and has not shipped out yet. Ive read other complaints here with the same issue. I just want a refund. Company is not transparent at all.Review from E.M. F.

This company advertises that it offers healthcare and medical supplies for sale. However, we ordered supplies online over 3 weeks ago and paid through PayPal. However, after 3 weeks, we still have not heard about when the order would be shipped/delivered. When we tried to contact the company through the phone numbers listed, the first number has been disconnected; the second number offers a phone tree, but each extension is "a wrong selection" until it finally disconnects. When we sent an email to the service email, it bounced back as undeliverable. So, needless to say, there is no communication going in or out of this company. We have initiated a dispute with PayPal for a fraudulent sale with this company since it is OBVIOUS this company has taken money under false pretenses.Review from howard r

This is minor but not really.The only way was able to find the phone number of this business was through the bbb website.And I have not tried it to see if the info is accurate.Could not find it at their website.And they must know this.Why is their contact info not prominent at their website?Review from Inventory Coordinator

This company is a joke. I placed two orders back to back. I tried to login into the account I created and it would not go through. Are you that hard up for money to be scamming. I don't want to give you any stars at all. They provide you with a support email, but what's the point of me emailing and you won't answer the phone.
