Total men's primary care is a con! I been going for about two years and they are always trying to push drugs on you. They also will stop all of your meds to make you keep your appointment but they always drawing blood. After my physical they wanted to get back into get my refill of meds. They make sure they draw blood and bill me twice as much as any lab draw. We are talking routine testing i can get done at a free clinic. This place is a con if i have never seen one. My wife is a nurse and her cousin is a MD and they both said it's a scam! I was banned after they put me on sleep meds and anxiety meds and now i cant get them i cant sleep. I regret that i cursed them out in the clinic but my mood has changed drastically and that's due to lack of sleep and anxiety. Thanks a lot you clowns for f****** with my head!!!!!This place exists solely to abuse your insurance!!!!

My local office was great. However, when I was seeking behavioral health care, I had to go through their virtual appointment system. This is where the wheels fall off. First appointment had a nurse reading off a quiz on her screen. I sought a second opinion. several more visits where I am either booked incorrectly and they cancel the appointment, or they schedule me with the wrong person. Hundreds of dollars spent with zero progress. Cannot get any response from anyone. This company exists to abuse your insurance. Just schedule and charge for incorrect appointments over and over again double dipping into your insurance. They will not help you. Avoid them.

This company does not focus on customer service a focus on just taking your money. I have tried to get on the at home TRT since the beginning and Ive been here for over a year and then when I go to fill out everything online, they charge me double the amount of what it is every month And anytime I asked somebody to give me a call or contact me they never do their attention to detail is very poor. It seems as though to me, they hire inexperienced people that do not know what theyre doing and I still have not received my at home. TRT and I was charged for it twice , if this is the way, the company is going to be ran, then I no longer want to use their services and on top of that I filed a complaint with the physical store that I was going to and asked for my money back and for somebody to contact me and its been a week and nobody has tried to. This is not the place to go for mens health or anything for that matter

Today 12/28 I went into total mens primary care in ******** located in ****** *****. My appointment today was for a covid test. My boyfriend was positive for covid and I have a servere cough and the probability of me having it is high. ( I am still waiting my results.) 2 men came in right behind me with no mask on and I kindly moved further away from them (with my mask on.) when they went to the waiting room I asked the front desk lady why she did not require them to where a mask. I told her I was nervous about giving anyone covid. Her response was mam I just work here and they can do whatever they want. I then went into the waiting room where the man sitting next to me had no mask on. I felt extremely anxious because in my mind I was fearful I could get him sick. I then get called back to take my test and I got emotional with the boy doing my covid test telling him what the front desk lady had told me. He said he was so sorry and that masks should be mandated here.. especially in a doctors office. After all of this my moral compass was telling me to write a review: this is how covid spreads! We have to take a stand and politely tell people to wear a mask!! What if that man went home and contracted covid from me and gave it to his older mother. We have to protect all citizens, even if they dont like wearing something over their face and nose. I would love if someone talked to all front desk staff at the total men primary care in bee cave.

This place exists soley to abuse your insurance. They have me coming in every month to prform a UA (drug screening) before I can fill my perscription which costs me $50 out of pocket each time. Which is completly un-necesarry considering that I was first prescribed this medication at 6 years old. It is nearly impossible to speak to your doctor on the phone. I have called them 3 times today each time it sends me to their call center where I speak to some random person who assures me that the Addison ******** will call me. They never do. When becoming a patient I was never told that I would have to do a UA each time I needed my script filled. While on the phone with them today I asked if I could not come in for a UA and still get my script filled they said it was against company policy. Which is weird considering the second time I got it filled I did not have to do a UA and just did a telemedicne appointment instead(the only time this happned). I am extermely dissapointed in this Clinic. Complete waste of my time. They also af scammed me out of $200 for all the UAs I have done. DO NOT GO HERE
