I purchased one of their products, Ghost Gunner 3, back in November and received an initial delivery estimate of early February. This date passed without an update, I emailed their support and asked for an update on this and to see if I could receive a full refund as their $500 deposit didn't secure my place in line for a machine, and my delivery date was pushed back three times. I have reached out three times with no update from the owner, or the service desk on the status of a refund for a product I never received.Initial Complaint

i ordered an item from this company in April 2022 knowing it was ore ordered. they finally started shipping them out but now a lot of those who pre ordered aren't getting them and the company won't issue refunds. they are sending out the item when you buy the newest machines.
