    I took my 2019 ***** Silverado to ************************************************************************************************************* because I needed to have brakes replaced on my 2019 ***** Silverado. When I spoke with the representative, I told him that I would need rear brakes pads replaced and he told me that I would need to purchase the pads through Midas and could not use the pads I purchased through ORelly. I was quoted a price for parts and labor of $781.49 for parts to include brake pads and labor. When I returned to pick my truck, I was then told of a different price of $913.94, so I questioned the price difference and was told by the representative the additional cost was for bleeding the lines. I paid the $913.94 and receive my receipt and walked to my truck to only get in and see my glove box items in my front seat. Someone went through my glove box without notifying me and items was not returned to the glove box was left thrown in seat. As I was driving out of the parking lot, I notice my brake paddle went straight to the floor when pressed, I immediately returned to Midas and went back into the establishment to find out what was going on. I was told by the representative that I need to replace the Master Cylinder which I knew did not need replacing prior to taking the truck to have brakes pads replace. The representative knew that the Master Cylinder needed to be replaced according to them but allowed me to drive off the lot in an unsafe vehicle. After bringing it to his attention he provided a quote of $1,387.89 which I declined since I knew nothing was wrong with the Master Cylinder prior to bringing it to Midas. When leaving the second time from Midas I noticed that the brake pads I purchased from OReillys was not in the packaging and was used on my truck which I was charged $449.98 by Midas for brake pads. I can not understand how I was charged for pads when pads were used that I purchased from ORellys. At this point I am extremely upset and have decided that I will not do business with Midas again, I had to take my truck to a local shop ****************************** to learned that the lines were not bleed and that a Master Cylinder did not need replacing. Reading through the receipt I noticed that DOT 3 brake fluid was used when my truck calls for DOT 4 brake fluid which will cost me additional money to have this flush out to be replaced with the correct brake fluid. Note on the Work Description that was provided by Redline of services they rendered did not mention of replacing of the Master Cylinder or recommended for it to be replaced. Also stated in the work description technician observed spongy brake pedal after performing automated brake bleeding procedure condition and was still spongy with major pedal movement brake system still not operating correctly. Then a base bleeding procedure was performed to vent the air that was trapped in my brake lines and at this time the technician identified that this was due to improper previous repairs that was completed at a previous time at a different facility which is Midas. You can only imagine how upset I am, and I have attached a copy of the work description for your review. I find this establishment to be untruthful, undependable, and unreliable is why I want to make this complaint to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. I was overcharged for services and items that I did not receive which I feel is a form of thief, I need a quick resolution of this matter. I cant help but to wonder how many other people this has happen too. I am providing you copies of the quote and receipts I received from Midas and the paperwork received from the local mechanic. I am requesting a refund of $434.21 for services received from the local mechanic plus $913.94 for repairs that Midas initially said they performed.

    0 stars these people have had my car over 6 months and they still haven't fixed my car yet. The job has been paid for, higher *** have been called, even threats to *** and they still won't communicate or be done with my car. I'm past fed up and demand compensation. Someone get back at me or something
