They give you a two hour arrival window, and we were ***** minutes late to bringing the dogs out, so the owner was incredibly rude to me. We were consistent customers grooming 4 dogs every 4-6 weeks and always tipped above average (25-30%). The owner was very rude to me about being a few minutes late even though there was no exact arrival time. I apologized and he was still rude to me to the point where I felt attacked and went inside and cried. I walked outside and he mentioned he didn't like that he was waiting, and I had said sorry already via text, his reply was "no you didn't" (when I did in fact say sorry). He continued to drill into me so I reminded him how busy of people we are, then he started comparing schedules, which felt childish and *****. He then got accusatory and said "so next time you will make me wait an hour?" I then decided to pull my dog out of the vehicle and request all future appointments cancelled. I will not tolerate being spoken to like that as a client or even as a human being. I had NEVER missed an appointment, always rescheduled DAYS in advance, but yes I may have showed up ***** minutes late to the appointment, and I always made it up to them via tip because I respected their time. To be attacked as a paying customer was the first time I have ever experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. If you are able to sit by your phone/wait around for them to arrive and be there right when they arrive, use this company, otherwise there are plenty of other options!

    "Hi ******!

In adherence to our policies, we gave you an estimated window of arrival and an advance notice of estimated time of arrival. We also extended our standby period to 25 minutes as a courtesy to you. After 25 minutes on standby, we decided to mention its not something we can continue doing and when we attempted to remind you about our policies, your response wasyou always tip 30%.  After we mentioned that it wasnt about getting a 30% tip and our inability to continue waiting, your response to our comment was that youre busy because you own a million dollar company.

The issue of your absence at scheduled grooming appointments has occurred repeatedly, and we have done everything we can to accommodate your tardiness. Our attempts to accommodate your absences, last minute rescheduling, and scheduling/rescheduling your grooming appointments to times that worked best with your schedule have not ameliorated this issue.

While we understand being busy, when enlisting our services you agreed to being present upon our arrival, however, this has not been the case on multiple visits, and our attempt to reach an understanding about this at our most recent visit was met with hostility. We did attempt to explain that being on standby at your address for a long period of time is not a service we currently offer, however, you elected to discontinue our services, which, in consideration of our last visit, we agree was for the best.

While we are sorry that all our best efforts to accommodate your desires have resulted in this outcome, we are especially disappointed that you felt the need to fabricate details about this final interaction, but, we agree that we are not a good fit, and thank you for trusting us to care for your pets during the time that we did.
