I bought a motorcycle from Dream Machines in November of 2022. Since I financed it they asked me to buy GAP insurance. I paid $695.00 for said insurance. My term loan was for 84 months, but I paid if off in 7 months. Now I'm having trouble getting a refund.Business response

We received a letter from customers bank and have submitted the proper paperwork to insurance company. We will be sending out a refund check. For the record the customer called in asking for the refund and got very agitated and used very poor language at the employee trying to help.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Ive been told for over 35 days that the refund check has been processed so i guess for now ill wait and see if it really is this time
