This place is a customer service joke!!! So much so I logged an official complaint with Polaris. I thought Polaris should know how terribly this dealership treats customers interested in their products. I will be sure to tell anyone I talk to to avoid giving this place their business.The story:I went in to inquire about a Polaris Ranger ***** Edition. I was told they were only allowed to order 1 and it was already spoken for, but they would take my information and call me if something changes. At the time the price was understood to be the ***** Weeks later I get a call saying they got the unit in and the other buyer backed out. I thought "how lucky am I?", boy was I wrong. They told me that Polaris raised it's MSRP by $1,400 10 days prior to this call and that if I wanted it that's what I would have to pay. I stated that my name was "unofficially" on it when the price was lower and that I was willing to pay the old MSRP and pick it up that day. I even mentioned that their website and ATV Trader ad listed the unit at the lower price as well. They told me the price is the price and there was nothing they could do. I wasn't trying to haggle, I was even willing to pay their EXORBITANT destination and delivery charges.It's because of their greed and unwillingness to honor their own pricing they have lost a long time customer and anyone I come into contact with.
