Signed a contract with the movers on March 15 to move, pack and store one rooms worth of items. On March 29, the mover abruptly canceled a by having a subordinate employee tell me. The other mover wouldnt even discuss his issues with me. The company also didnt leave the materials already paid for like boxes and a mattress cover. They breached contract and its impossible to get in touch with them.Business response

Please see the attached ****** review that **************** left after we resolved the issue.
It turns out that it was just a misunderstanding. They initially made a reservation with a separate moving company. **************** has submitted multiple quote requests and thought she was booked with **. That other moving company cancelled. We were able to get her on our schedule, but our lead mover had incorrect paperwork due to the last minute change which created friction. The helper mover (not the lead) explained the situation, but **************** felt disrespected because the lead didn't take charge. After we spoke with ****************, our lead reached back out to her and apologized, no disrespect intended. We resolved the paperwork issue and got the job done. **************** was very gracious after everyone was on the same page.
