      I used the moving service on 7/25/2023 from Move and Care LLC to move a few pieces of furnitures. They damaged the wood floor with very deep scratch , large area in the hallway on second floor and a guest bedroom( my house was 3 years old new built, and floor was 3 years old) and the wall. I paid the full moving fee. I only asked them to replace the floor and I will do the wall repair work. It took a few months to negotiate with the manager ***, whose number is ************, who finally agreed to order the wood and replace. In Jan the ***** arrived, and then it took another 3 months for *** to arrange a repair work. Finally on april6, *** and a repair guy came to my house , *** left after showing the repair guy. Then the floor guy left without doing too much. And saying he needs more time to finish, and reschedule. We rescheduled to April 13. The repair person did not show up. I tried to contact ***, he said he cannot reach out the floor person, and he already spent a lot of money. I told him to the moving company need to be responsible for the replacement. I can find someone to replace, but he needs to pay the bills. *** ignored my calls and text messages. I could not get the floor replaced still. and cannot get *** be responsible for this.       Hello,

      We have been working with the customer whole this time and we have been in touch, and nobody stopped answering you. We have got a floor and a floor guy, but the floor guys don't respond to us either, we are not denying anything and trying to find another professional for the floor. We even paid a deposit to this professional, but he is ignoring us and disappear. We will, find another professional to finish the work.

      I am rejecting this response because: The manager is not honest. He did not reply my message. The last message he sent me is " ****** as I said I spent a lot of money and now this guy ran away please find somebody else who is affordable, I already spent a lot of money". I asked him to responsible for the cost, no reply. And he never contact me about finding another guy to finish the work as he mentioned in the reply. 

      I would suggest I find some repair person, and he pay for the cost. or he find another reliable repair person who needs me approval.

      On August 17, 2023, three movers from ************* in ****** were hired to pack and load my belongings into a U-Haul truck. When I arrived at my destination, without moving any of the direct surrounding items, it was clear the front of my dryer had not been padded or protected with the blankets that I purchased from their company, which resulted in complete damage to the glass front of my machine. The company refuses to cover the cost of a replacement or repairs, stating this was a transportation issue. However, had the item been properly protected as my other undamaged fragile items were, the probability of damage occurring is minimal if not zero. Also, there is no telling when the damage occurred as neither I nor my family members were present near the truck during the loading process. They took a nearly pristine and hardly used dryer that was entirely intact from my apartment and the next time I or a family member laid eyes on the property, it was damaged and the glass shattered. I provided photos of the destruction as well as the surrounding areas to show how the item was loaded. The company says they cover damages from the load only, but again there is no telling when the damage occurred during the loading process or with it being improperly loaded by their employees.
