      Hello!I had an ultrasound perform at the Central Park Imaging on the morning of Oct 25, 2023. I was asked and provided my health insurance (United Healthcare) prior to the appointment. Then I was asked to pay for the service in the amount of $132.25 on that day. I used my Chase credit card to pay for that.Later I received the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, United Healthcare, that stated they received the claim for that service from Central Park Imaging, and the service was approved and paid in amount of $132.25 on Nov 03, 2023, and I owned $0.00.I emailed Central Park Imaging from their website about the charge for the ultrasound service for me. It seems to be charged twice, to me and to my health insurance company. And I requested a refund of $133.25, but never got a response. Then on Nov 29, 2023, I called Central Park and told them again about the charge I paid and the *** I received from my insurance, and requested the refund. I was told they will look into it then call me back, but I never heard back nor received any response from Central Park Imaging. Id like ******************** look into this matter for me, and verify if I was double charge for the service, then request a refund from Central Park for me if Im right. Id really appreciate your help and services!
