I had a total of 4 appointments over 8 weeks.I was always on time and always tipped. Even when the technicians made mistakes it was okay and I let it slide. This place is expensive ($100 for dip mani and basic gel pedi) Two days before my next appointment I get a text from the owner;"Hi. This is *** from Nails Euphoria. Im sorry we are going to have to cancel your appointments and any appointments going further. After a discussion with the rest of the staff, we just dont think we can accommodate you to your liking and think its best you find a different salon to assist with your future needs." I was blindsided, I thought they made a mistake and confused me with someone else.I tried calling the owner and the salon and they aren't answering my calls. I have absolutely no clue what I did wrong. This kind of behavior is unprofessional to say the least.I would expect a business to take this kind of action against an outrageously rude customer, but I was nothing but respectful, courteous and polite.

As stated in the text that Ive sent you, after discussing with my staff, we do not feel that we can accommodate you to your liking, and that you should find a different salon to assist with your future needs. We did not want to explain any further as it would be more unprofessional to attack your character. I actually find it extremely rude of you to bash our business in the way that youve done.For the 4 appointments, youve rescheduled over 6 times! This put a strain on our books as we have to make changes each time to rebook and possibly lose availabilities in accommodating your schedule.We charge our worth and fairly according to local prices I might add. We value our craft and use quality products. Youve always get dip almond with ombr, which is a surcharge, and a gel pedicure.When you come into our shop, you do not respect our space. Several times youve gone behind our stations to grab glitters or colors that should only be accessed by an employee. Youve walked into our employee only storage and break room without our permissions.You been condescending to several of our technicians.I find that all of those reasons warrant us to fire you as a client. I wished that youd respect our decision instead of bashing us on a public forum, but youve left me no choice but to respond with the truth.Please dont come back or call us. Good luck.
