            Never, ever again. I had a mirroring of my PC to a second one. A glitch then appeared in both which made it impossible for me to do business. The owner condescendingly refused to take responsibility. A tech eventually created a temporary fix. I was charged for the fix.

            I'm sorry that you are not happy with our service.  You admitted that the device that we cloned would not work with the camera that you are using.  Therefore, since the clone is an exact duplicate, the camera will not work on the new computer as well.  We recommended against the clone from the old PC to the new PC and you insisted that we perform the clone anyway.  Our tech stopped working on all other systems on our bench because you insisted that he devote all of his attention to your issue immediately.  This is not our business practice but, we obliged to try and resolve your issues and di resolve the issues. We spent and hour working on your issue and only charged for a half of an hour.  I feel that we have gone over and above to get your issues resolved and do not deserve this review.
