Didn't see a review for 2023, so thought I would add one. They will make it very easy to buy a car, but once it needs any service, all bets are off. There is a wait of 3-4 months for any appointment. AND once you wait three months for the appointment they will keep your car for weeks without even looking at it. This is even for routine oil changes. Don't even ask to be put on a waitlist for cancellations, they won't do it. I have never been treated in such a way by any car service center. Need a loaner, they don't have one, need a one day appt, they don't have any. I can't wait until my car is out of warranty so I can take it to my personal mechanic. All though with all of the problems my brand new car has had, I am kind of concerned for that as well. I am fortunate that we have an extra car for me to use while I wait WEEKS for a minor issue to be fixed.

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from North Austin Audi. As with any business, there only objective is to make money quickly. It took me 20 years of wanting an Audi until i could actually afford ***** I ordered one. I specd it out to my liking, paid the required hold payment, and then waited 6 months for delivery. When it was delivered to the ********** took me 2 weeks to get back to them due to my travel schedule. When i called them, i was told that the vehicle was sold the previous week. I was then told I would have to wait another 6 months if I wanted to re-order it.

Do not leave your car with their service center! They withhold repair orders and invoices when they claim to have replaced parts. They missed an oil leak at 55k maintenance which ended up costing me upwards of $5,000 to fix the aftermath of that ignored issue just 3 months after service. (No one gave me the time of day to show them the proof) 55k is a major maintenance appointment. I got oil, an oil filter, air filter and they replaced a $2.00 washer. Thats it. I had brought up concerns of oil warning coming on just 4months after purchase. They didnt even care to address why I had gotten the emergency warning of extremely low oil (it came on TWICE before my maintenance appt, in span of 8 months of owning it). Not a word on why oil was magically disappearing. They did have to order a new tire though. So a scheduled appt that should have been next day, maybe two days at best, turned into a week and a half. AND the performance tire they ordered was almost 4 years old. Prepaid for Audi maintenance for two years and this is what I got. A problem that should have been staring them in the face (undercarriage was soaked with oil), got out of hand and very expensive. Other requests for over a year for other invoices and part information. Never got them. Still cant get them to be transparent and show me proof they replaced certain parts. Also the mileage on intake and versus leaving their center was not even close to what it was when I bought it. Showed waaay lower. Oddly enough two incomplete repair orders/invoices for same service show different mileage on repair order vs. invoice! Management blames the people under them. They continue to tell me there are circumstances (during my ownership) where I dont have a right to see ROs, invoices or inspection videos. They refused to honor my maintenance package I paid for. So essentially they are stealing from me. I paid, they didnt fulfill, they deny and blame me. Incapable of apology. Rude. Condescending. Fraudulent.

4+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation even with an appointment. I was initially told it would be 4 hours when I dropped it off; service advisor never contacted me to tell me they are running late. Then when I called after 4 hours to check, I was told it would be an additional hour to hour and a half to get the car washed. When I came to pick up my vehicle and told my service advisor about the time, his excuse was that the 4 hours was just an estimated time.
