Hi,I sent a payoff check that was CASHED by Volkswagen to buyout a lease on January 15th. I then waited 99 days to receive a title. Keeping in mind that the lack of title was holding me back from being able to register my car, or inspect it or change my license plate as i moved states. I finally received my title, though keep in mind they cashed my $14,531.32 check on January 26th, on May 3rd. When received, I realized the title was not signed meaning it meant NOTHING. I took it to two title shops who let me know this is negligence. I also took it to a Volkswagen dealership who let me know this is negligent behavior. I know have a car that I do not own, but paid for, and I am not able to drive it. It is my only car. I have gone through so much waiting for this title and it has cost me a significant amount of time and damage. Volkswagen STILL has not answered as to what I am suppose to do with the unsigned title! i need to get this car registered, I need to drive to work.. I need someone to help me contact Volkswagen so I can get this taken care of without having to wait another 4 months! I am praying someone can help me. I know I am not the only one, this is absurd and volkswagen needs to be held accountable!!!!! Imagine if it was the other way around. I would be in JAIL.Initial Complaint

I attempted to repair my tint at ******** in ******, ** as it has a lifetime warranty. However, the tint was performed before I drove my car off of the lot of Charles Maund VW. Sun Tint states that they need a copy of the work performed under VW, including details that they were contracted and it was paid under the buyer's contract. I contacted VW for a copy of the buyer's contract. They provided a hand written note about add-ons provided at the time of purchase, but were unable to provide confirmation of the tint details or work performed by Sun Tint. I was notified via phone by ********************************* that this is the information they had on hand, as they had since gone digital, and the rest of the physical information may be in storage. Sun Tint states they need the required paperwork with their information and work performed under VW before I received the vehicle from the buyer's contract in order to perform the warranty repair. I've reached out twice more to VW via email to state that what was provided would not suffice (I need the detailed paperwork) or suggested an alternative to repair the tint in-house if they were unable to find their documentation for Sun Tint to complete the warrantied repair. I have not received any follow-up to my last two emails.Initial Complaint

Purchased vehicle 10/2021 bought it at night wasnt told about rear damage didnt find tell next day then did a carfax notified salesman never got back to me. After weeks of calling ***** in Service helped out had to take In several times to get dent out of rear driver side. Was also told I had a warranty that covered paint less dent removal at time of sell. My bumper no longer has a dent but there is a crack located under the back light this was not there until the bumper had to Be in shop several times to remove dent. I go to use paint less dent repair and find out that was not included In my sale. Salesman is no longer there but I have a small crack now in bumper that seems to be cracking more and was told the brochure I was given at sale isnt any good because I do not have that warranty. This sale was nothing but a quick sale and full of lies. I immediately told salesman next day if Id known of the damage to the car that was not told to me at time of sale I would have went with another car as well as all the cover that I was told I was getting. This was a horrible experience. My son was with me so I do have a witnessBusiness response

We took our VW Tiguan in for repairs on multiple occasions and they have committed fraud with our warranty company and the car is now at a different dealership awaiting our response. I need to know what step I should take further. We've made 5 payments on a vehicle that we don't have.Initial Complaint

So I called in and scheduled a diagnostic on my vehicle no less than 3 weeks in advance for 2/4. They advised the diagnostic would take 3-5 days and the LATEST day to pick up would be 2/8 by end of day. They also said they would be texting updates with the diagnostic for any repairs. Jump to 2/8 and when I call to set a pick up time they advise me they haven't even assigned a technician to do the diagnostic, let alone do it! They also did not send any type of text updates or alerts saying that nothing had been done and that they were behind. So I spoke to **** the director who assured me he would have a ******* look at it and reach back out to me. Again no one gets back to me and now its 2/9 and I have to go to work and I don't have a car. On top of that I STILL have had no one reach out to me about the status of my diagnostic. So I call again and again they tell me that they STILL have not even attempted to start my diagnostic. My doors don't look. That's a safety hazard. Its day 6 now of my 3-5 day timeframe for my diagnostic and nothing has been done. Tomorrow 2/10 is day 7 and again I will be without a car to get to work and again no one has reached out to me with updates on my diagnostic. I have to work. I have to feed my family. This is unacceptable. And to top it all off the DIRECTOR who out of anyone should be able to get something done, has done absolutely nothing to assist me in getting my car fixed even though this was scheduled 3 WEEKS OUT and they office has had more than ample time to not only diagnose my car but to also fix any issues with it. Unacceptable. Someone needs to hold this office accountable.Business response

Good afternoon,
Hope all is well. The order was placed on 18 January. It was shipped on 20 January and tracking was sent the same day. The customer sent a message on ******** asking for the status of her order on 22 January and we replied with the tracking information the same day. On 23 January, she opened a dispute with Paypal, but quickly closed it realizing we had fulfilled her order and replied to her messaging. The item was delivered on 24 January. She returned the shoes and was refunded on 10 February. The customer selected ground shipping, not express or priority. She received her item in less than a week. We have been in business for four years and have never received a customer complaint or dispute until this one. We answered her emails promptly. We believe she had unrealistic shipping expectations (compared to Amazon) and wanted her shoes sooner than the 6 days it took for her to receive them.

Don't buy from these people. A little over a month ago I purchased 6 vehicles in one day. 2 from Charles maund and 4 from another dealership. The 4 from another dealership have all worked excellent. One of the vehicles gave me a service needed message the next day. When I called my sales rep he told me the shop had forgot to reset something. A couple of weeks later this same vehicle shuts off while driving on the highway and leaves me stranded with engine problems. 2018 vehicle. The other vehicle also was struggling to start. When I called the dealership management is very rude and disrespectful. Aren't willing to help and hang up. DONT BUY FROM THEM save yourself the headache. I'm grateful this happened now because I needed another 6 vehicles for my business and was just about to visit the dealership. STAY AWAY FROM HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.Business response

Customer purchased a Certified Camry and an "as is" Audi in Oct 2021. He would need to take the Audi to the Audi dealership to figure out why it's stalling. If the Camry is having issues as well, we can make an appointment for him with our service department to see what could be causing it.Customer response
