Highly disappointed in the treatment I received from this place. I went in to buy a car that was less than $10,000 that I saw on Cars.com, which was a 2011 *** ******** I was told that the *** was not ready. For two days, I went through lots of stress, trying to get a vehicle. I had just started a new job and was looking to make the purchase so that I can make it to work everyday. I was talked into not going to other dealers and convinced that I was going to get a deal. I ended up getting the bait and switch treatment, manipulated, insulted, my emotions played on and talked into getting a car that I could not afford, a 2016 ***** CX5 which was very small compared to the *** and the ***** had transmission issues. I have tried numerous times to contact the General Manager and have yet to receive a call back, after leaving a few voice messages so that we can resolve this issue. This dealership, manipulates and scams people out of money that they do not have and I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them.

Never buy a car from here and this is why. Two weeks after buying car engine started to shake while held in idle at stop lights. I checked the oil and was 4 quarts low so didn't sell with oil being checked. Two month later alternator went out. When I complained the top sales manager said too bad you are on your own.

This place ripped me off and sold me a lemon on 11-08-2023, and after i notified them that the check engine light came on 11-13-2023 after only having the car 5 days they refuse to fix the issue and told me that the only thing they could do was give me trade in value for the car towards the purchase of a new car with $4000 down which would be more than the used car price that i was financed for

As others have noted below, this is a dealership to avoid at all costs. I only wish I had read these reviews before dealing with them. My Bad! So far the car is not the problem, it is the organization itself. I bought the 2021 Venza over 2 months ago and have not received any follow up packets yet. They had over two months to get the information to me, but I have yet to receive anything, title,plates,nothing. The temporary plate expired on 10/28/2023 and had to call them to get a new temporary sent. I was unable to drive the car for 6 days. I now have a 30 day plate to drive on, but I'm betting that plate will also expire before I get anything. I have called their customer service manager twice and she has yet to call me back (***********************). I also filed a customer service complaint with ********************** of America. Haven't heard back from them either. Bad dealership! Go to Toyota of **********. Great dealership. They really know the meaning of *****************

Unethical business. They sent me an offer then they came down but refused to send me the paper offer. The next offer they sent was higher then the original offer. They keep asking for $1000 non refundable cash. They refused to honor their deal I had in text. Seems like they just want you to pay them some cash and when you go up there and find out the added more to your close out price they keep your money!! I would steer clear of this dealership. They **** cars down so low but then up the final cost. If it seems like a good deal. Definitely isnt! Especially with this dealership.

We made an appointment to come in and pay cash (over 50K) for a truck just to find out they sold it the next day (probably to someone else for more $). This was my son's "dream vehicle," and he was so excited about getting it, you can imagine how disappointed he was. Needless to say, I would steer anyone away from this dealership as they obviously don't have their customers' best interests at heart and definitely don't keep their word!

Warning!! Most dishonest, underhanded, greedy dealership in all of ***** We were treated horribly and could not believe the lack of honesty and integrity at this business, truly unbelievable I am writing reviews everywhere I can to keep anyone else from going through the same nightmare Please go somewhere else for a vehicle, so you can have a great experience, and have the fun day you are supposed to have when buying a new car

Bought a truck from this dealership in Jun 2022 and six months later I have yet to receive license plates or any confirmation of a title transfer. *** spent at least 10 hours trying to contact the dealership and dozens of emails trying to get resolution to no avail. The dealership doesnt care once they have your money.

Bought a brand new Tacoma from here about two months ago, July 2022. Noticed some strange pull at or around 60mph, brought it in once to get looked at. Tech confirmed truck alignment was out of spec. Said it was corrected, drove it another 400 miles or so, same issue, brought it in again, said they had to adjusted it again, but found out later they never corrected because when I got the second tech worksheet it said the toe was out of alignment in all three locations. Keep in mind, I baby my vehicles, never hit any potholes or anything and drive like an old man. After some adjusting they were able to fix, but even the tech said it was the best they could do but it still had some pull. Keep in mind Im leaving out more minor details to get to the point here. I tried to get a refund since the vehicle was defective, but they would only pay msrp, which was much lower then what I paid, approx $6,000. Moral is buyer beware, but I would never do business with this dealership, I highly recommend going elsewhere. You can call brand engagement with a complaint, their pretty useless, they only contact the dealer to let them know you have a issue, but like I was told its between the dealer and you. I have to say the sales guy was great, he tried to help out, but its the ** who controls it all. If I could give a negative star I would, but word to the unknowing, if you get a defective truck, there is no returning, not even for something close to what you paid. The truck didnt even have a thousand miles on it and didnt even have it two months. Id share a video, but I cant upload it here.

Financial associates watch them closely and double check what they tell you. Toyota EXTRA care is not included.
