I brought my 20-year-old daughter with me to see ******* WVH and ***********************. My daughter normally is able to enjoy concerts with me in standing room only situations, but she has some medical conditions that require her to sit down periodically. That night, she needed a breather, so she excused herself to ***************. One of your staff confronted her and insisted on her either standing up or being escorted outside. She told them about her fainting disorder and explained that she just needed a moment. After explaining the situation, the staff was dismissive and treated her as though she were intoxicated -- my daughter was with me and had nothing to drink. My daughter knew Emo's has a no-exit policy, so "getting some fresh air" would mean she would be unable to return, so she ended up spending the last hour of the concert holed ** in *************** for fear of being confronted again.What are you going to do to make this right?
