      My husband and I started as clients for 360 Credit in the beginning of this year. They charged us a start up fee of approx. $100 each. and a regular monthly fee of $109 within approx 10 days. ( each). We have now spent approx $1500 in total and have Not seen any results! I have tried cancelling 3 different times, and each time I was promised I was going to see results if I were to hang in there a little longer. And that I was too close To the finish line to give up now. I was told that if I cancel now, I would have wasted all the money I had already spent. After 3 months of this I insisted on cancelling in September. They have continued to harass me, and this morning they debited $218 out of my checking account. Then had a guy call me to ask if I wanted to discuss canceling! This is a risky company. I wish I had Not gotten involved with them! This company is a complete scam! I do Not recommend them. And I am requesting they refund the $218 they took from me today without my authorization. ( 2 months after my cancellation)

      As this is a public response I do not want to go into great detail regarding the status of your file, however what I can tell you is that while you were with us in the program your credit score did increase. Our team advised you and educated you and that is the service that we provide is credit education as well.  

      As a small business we cannot do work if we are not getting paid to do so, if you do not make your payments then we cannot be expected to do work on your file.  

      My team would be happy to discuss your file further with you as we have been trying to reach out to make things right with you.

      After speaking to several people at 360 Credit on a referral from our mortgage officer we decided to heed the advice and use their services. They charged us $119 each up front, which I now understand is illegal. 360 Credit has yet to provide any proof that they are working on our credit after repeated phone calls and emails. They have now debited our account $952. I emailed and called on 9-30-22 at **** MST to cancel my billing. I received no response after leaving a message. I sent an email at the same time as well. No response. Today, 10-2-22 my account was debited $238. This company has very poor practices.

Unfortunately your line would not allow us to leave a message, And no response to our emails to set up a time to address your concerns.  You had requested to close your file out on the 8th of September. Per our policy one of our SR ****** reached out to go over a final file review.  That chat resulted in your wanting to continue the program. A new plan of action and task list was set to you via email along with conformation of continuing. Despite the new plan of action and wanting to move froward you did call back and still want to close the file our later that evening.  We did accommodate your request and close the file out. Sending you a cancellation conformation via email stating that your last billing would be assessed on 10/2/2022 for 9/2/2022 work. Per you signed retainer agreement (attached) you are aware we do bill in arrears.  Your file is now closed out in good standing. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

      Hired this Company to assist with 2 issues they specifically stated they'd help with. Yet never did and only made it worse. I sent MANY emails I will attach with NO response, no assistance, yet they kept charging. I've requested to cancel my account for 2 months now yet still no response and still charging me. They only call once you request to cancel but still never answered any of my questions or did anything they said they would. They keep charging me for nothing! They are scammers. I will attach my many unanswered emails and requests to cancel. Horrible company that takes advantage of people. Additionally following attempting to cancel tried to Take credit for what i did for my credit and informed them I had chosen to do on our first call. They werw hired to assist w 2 specific questiosn/concerns and never assisted with them as promised then refused to cancel.

      I cancelled my services with credit 360 in January of 22 as they had not actually done anything to help my credit report. They have been trying to charge me $50 a month for the past 4 months after I canceled. I have been in contact through emails and phone calls about the cancellation and these charges since January. They have successfully charged me twice once in January and once in February since the original cancelation. They refuse to accept my cancellation and continue to charge me. They claim that someone spoke to me and I never canceled. Which the only time I spoke to someone was to cancel and spoke to them numerous times about this cancelation and to stop charging me.

      Regarding your response. I wanted to elaborate the billing in February was for Januarys work and was the last payment received for both files. We did do more work per your husbands request, but waived that last billing for both files, due to your unhappiness. We then went a step further and refunded the payments made in February.  I have included your signed retainer agreements that states we **** in arears and outlines our terms and conditions. Please understand we reached out to resolve your concerns before responding to this compliant to ensure we followed all guidelines and requests. I apologize that call did not resolve the issue.  Both files were closed out and there will be no further contact from us moving forward.

      The only reason I am excepting is because you refunded February's payment. You are still telling BS lies! In the future you should not be talking to anyone or taking direction from anyone other then the name on the account i.e me or your next victim for that matter! And I never asked for "work" to be done in ******* I asked for a cancellation so the payment you received in ******* should have been the final payment.Thanks for a horrible experience and my money back. We are DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

      This company assured me they would fix my credit, 14 months working with them I was on a plan of paying $100 a month but nothing was done for my credit. No service was rendered for the money I paid them. I keep trying to cancel my account with them they continue to try and withdraw money from my account I had to call my bank and block their transactions. They also keep telling me I need to pay a cancel fee which is sketchy. They basically will not let me go. I received an email today thanking me for a phone call I never made to continue my account with them. I would like at least a partial refund for the money I paid and the work they never did on my account.

      I closed mine and my husbands account with 360 Credit Consulting and they are still trying to pull money from my account. I have sent emails, called and to no avail. I have asked them repeatedly to stop trying to take money from my account on an account that is currently closed. They refuse to listen. I would like for them to stop doing this and to leave us alone and to stop trying to take money from my account.

      Ive been a customer with ********************** since last summer and for months now Ive been trying to cancel my reoccurring membership. Ive emailed back and forth with one person who told me I had to call in but whenever I call I have to leave a voicemail and I NEVER get a call back. I think this place is a scam and theyve been taking over $100 from me monthly even though Ive done everything but BEG them to stop charging me. Im coming to BBB in hopes of actually getting through to someone.

      This company claims to charge only for services rendered however charged me the day the service started and then a month after I cancelled. Argued with me when I tried to cancel- and when I asked for proof of services rendered refused to show anything. I tried to contact them for 15 days in a row and was ignored. They did not respond to communication until I threatened to dispute with my bank. Rep would call from a blocked number after the business was closed so when I called back I got an answering machine. This company is a complete scam. Paid several months and nothing was done.

      I signed up with this company 2 months ago. Upon start up they took $99 from me to build up my account. During the first month I sent many emails asking for proof of service. No replies. After the first month I asked to close my account, and the women ******* told me nothing had been done because I needed to send my ID and proof of address. I had already done the month before, that so the first $99 to build my account was for nothing. They didnt build my account until the second month in, and she said that on the phone. Now they are trying to charge me another $99 for work done from Sept-October 19th. They want 3 months of service for $99 for only doing 2 months of service. During this entire time I asked for proof that they were doing any work on my account and they kept ignoring my emails and said they cant send me anything theyve done. I would either like a $99 refund for the build my account charge or not to be charged on October 19th!

Uponstarting in our program, your credit score went from a 658 to a 706. Part ofwhat we do here is also to look at your positive credit to maximize your scoreand you took that advice to heart.


      It looks like on 9/9 you were able to speak with one of ourteam members and after listening to the call recording, there was resolution andthat you agreed to continue in the program. Upon this call the team member tooktime to reset expectations. We also sent an email confirmation to you the emailon file which we have included. That team member did collect the necessary documentationto add to your file and took steps to ensure you were taken care of and youthanked her tremendously on that phone call. We sent out investigations on your file went out on 8/23/2021upon receiving your signed retainer agreement and we sent out another round on9/20/2021 in correspondence with your billing date.


      The next cancellation request set on your file was on 9/29/2021.Due to our lengthy response time regarding your most recent cancellationrequest, we will be waiving your final payment on your account that was set for10/19/2021. We apologize that we are unable to issue refund at this time as youhad signed our retainer agreement which is attached for your reference.
