      I ordered their product on January 18th and received an order confirmation saying it would be shipped within 4-6 days. It is now 2/12/2024 and I have no shipping notification and have emailed them multiple times with no response.

      I ordered 2 10lb packs of Flygrubs 1/14/2024 and was immediately charged for them the day after I ordered. However the product was never shipped to me. I have tried contacting them thru their website twice and by email once the past week (1/29-2/2/24) and have gotten no response. When I checked their web site they said they were out of stock now and wont get anything in till March 2024 so the last few attempts I made requested a refund for my order. I have gotten NO response from them. When I ordered in Jan 14 the site said they had stock then.

      I bought online for 5 lb Flygrubs product on December 12, 2023 (Order#*****), I had asked many times about the delivery through their contact email address ********************************* and I also raised the order request in their website form (Flygrubs.com). They never reply to my above order.

      Signed up for subscription deal for $13 with Flygrubs to purchase treats for my chickens on July 4, 2023. Tried canceling the subscription after that, but could find no way to do it on their website. Tried signing into an account and it said my email did not exist in their system. On September 4, 2023 I was charged $26 for the subscription I tried canceling.I emailed customer service to cancel the subscription and they replied with an unhelpful answer about the order, not the subscription. Have now asked them multiple times since September 4 to cancel the subscription and have not heard anything back from them. I have been charged $26 again as of Nov 3 for a subscription I have asked them to cancel. Still no response.

      You can not cancel subscription. And the company won't respond to emails or calls. They keep pulling money after you tell them you don't want their products any longer

      The company will not cancel my monthly subscription. It states on the website "Cancel Anytime".The most recent charge was 9/25/2023 in the amount of $35.50. There is no phone number provided to contact them. I have emailed several times and only received 1 response stating that they had to check with their "team". When I emailed again, I had no response. I have read several complaints for the same thing on their ******** page. They just continue to charge the card on file and they do provide the product, however, I do not want the product anymore. I just want the subscription cancelled.

      Purchased grubs and was sent expired product. They responded about KNOWING it is illegal. I want my money back, the monthly subscription cancelled and my payment info removed from the site.
