In October of last year, I signed up with Central Texas Nurse Network to take their CNA class. After all was done, I was told that they would contact me before December about scheduling my CNA board exam. I thought this was weird because they did not mention having to wait to sit for the exam. Months go by I finally contact them in March and received no response. I decide to reach out to the again and received no response all while making numerous phone calls and attempts to contact them. They scammed me out of $800 and will not reach back out to me to discuss this issue. I even offered to accept a partial refund. I want to pursue legal action if they do not resolve this with me. October 15th I paid $400 and November 1st I paid the rest totaling to $800Business response
