      In order to perform some of the tasks in the Amazing.com Amazon course, we were asked to be on a 3 months trial software and the only way to activate it is to add our credit card information. This software has multiple levels, but we were FORCE to a subscription plan that was NOT our choice so that in the event we forget to cancel we get charged for that particular amount.What I am upset about is that 1) when we signed up for the course, there is no mention about being forced on an additional software and 2) we couldn't pick what subscription and we were forced to be on the second level.I did not complete the course, and I forgot to cancel. I kindly requested refunds twice stating that for OVER 2 MONTHS I HAVE NOT USED THEIR SOFTWARE OR LOGGED INTO THEIR PLATFORM. I think this forced trial and forced to be on a certain plan I did not choose and having to pay for that is just not good business practice so I would like to make a case here.

      Hi *****, I am sorry to hear of your complaint.  The membership that you signed up for did offer a 3 month trial to a plan that has been viewed as the best option for what it provides. According to a conversation on June 8, 2023, you were fully aware of the 3 month trial, the plan that was provided for the trial and the needing to provide a method of payment, which is common practice for any free trial. However, it is the members responsibility to cancel any subscription if they are not wanting to continue.  It is also the member's choice to sign up, nothing was forced. 

      I was going to provide a refund, but I see you filed a chargeback.  If you cancel that chargeback I will be able to provide the refund otherwise there is nothing I can do.

      As an entrepreneur, I have been utilizing the Amazing.com study course to learn drop-shipping and business start up for sales through Amazon. The course is excellent, I have no regrets on the purchase for the course. The most difficult step is product selection, this company offered a pre-vetted product package, essentially you are paying for a service- they do the product research for you. The package purchased was for $3497, which was advertised to create and estimated $28,000 gross annual revenue, and require and estimate of another $5,000 to buy the actual products from the manufacturer. I was aware of additional costs, this looked like a fair deal to me and would save me time. After purchasing the package, the information contained stated that there would be upwards of an estimated $10,000 to buy product from the manufacturer, and that the estimated gross annual income was a little over $7,000. This is an unreasonable package, would never have been purchased if advertised honestly. The issue is that this was false advertising, and unethical business practice. I have contacted the company with the same concerns and they have stated that there is a no-return policy. I would imagine the no-return policy would only apply if the product purchased was advertised honestly.

      1) *********** uses false advertisement. They advertise that students would meet Top Amazon Sellers and Highly Successful Amazon Sellers. It is a lie. The coach that I was matched up with was a student, who had not had much success. Same for the community. Questions in the Community are answered by students with not much success. I do not get to meet or get any real support from highly successful Amazon sellers. (2) *********** also claims that 30 days is enough to evaluate 50% of the course to know whether to keep it. However, there are many people, just like me, saying that it is impossible to evaluate this course in 30 days. It is full of so much fluff that you have to comb through. The tool that they claim will help you choose the BEST product FAST takes a long time to learn and use. I started on August 29, and by the end of September completed only part 1 of Module 1 (out of 8 modules), while trying to use their tool to find a product. Before you start using the tool to find a product, you have to go through their videos describing the criteria. Then learn the tool. Then spend hours and hours and hours trying find that best product with their tool. It is false advertisement. And the course and the tools are designed in such a way as to make it a long process. Modules are also released gradually, not all at the same time! (3) As soon as I mentioned I wanted to get a refund, their Customer Support blocked by phone number. I explained to the customer service that I am a single mother, going through hard times, financially, health wise and emotionally due to a death of a close family member in September.       My purchase of a PVP package was on July 23, 2021 in an amount of $5,497. I received the PVP package August 12, 2021. I'm not impressed with the outdated numbers and dates of quotes that were given by suppliers back in May 2021. The dates are back in May 2021 and has expired within seven days of that time frame. The ROI that was given for that PVP and what got is base on one supplier, not an average of several suppliers. The entire package is not worth the money I paid. I feel like I did not get my moneys worth. To top of my frustration, the product in this package has many variations and sizes that goes against the ASM training. I would not be at this point if the PVP, ASM team had given more information on this and other PVP packages before purchase. I was hoping I was working with a more transparent company. I'm not finish expressing my disappointment and hope someone reach out to me soon to fix this big problem. I asked for my money back before received this product, no response!

      I do want to clear up the confusion on the dates that are on the screenshot you provided, and this should have been explained, but the dates provided are not from May but in European format. Meaning the dates are actually 8/5/2021, 8/6/2021, 8/5/2021 and 8/8/2021.
      I really hope you will respond to the emails that have been sent so we can help resolve this issue and help you move forward to start your Amazon business.

Having said that, our team of experts very strategically creates these PVPs that could go slightly outside of the ASM criteria as we believe there are other strategies to discover great profitable product opportunities and this PVP selected for you was one of them.

      Your product is viable with a healthy profit and ROI margin as well as fitting your current business.  Also, the PVP team is absolutely available to help you with the variations that this product has to offer.
