I purchased a 60 dollar tank though the ps 5 platform. It only was this a huge ripoff as the tank is sub par but the tank also disappeared from the game and dont is unable to retrieve it. 50doars per tank and there are idk 200 t anks for sale ? This is highway robbery if you ask me.

Zero stars, not even one star. But I couldn't post a review unless I gave it at least one.Wargaming's customer "service" is among the worst in the world. If you are thinking about a video game of this type, War Thunder is a much better option -- just from the customer service standpoint. Today's issue is that I used some in-game consumables to train a tank crew yesterday. A LOT of them. And when I clicked on them, they disappeared, without training my crew. I acquired the vast majority of these assets, by spending real-world money this past Christmas, buying "boxes". I contacted Wargaming immediately after this. Their response? "We apologize, but we can not help in this situation in any way. Should you encounter any other game-related questions, please do not hesitate to reach us."So effectively, they've stolen real-world-money from me, and refuse to refund the digital assets they lost. And this is the sort of problem I've encountered from them, multiple times over the years.Don't play this game. You will regret it. They are greedy and unhelpful at WG.

If only I could give 10 negative stars.Any player who has ever submitted a ticket has experienced double talk, gotten a list of ridiculous tasks to perform, after completing them we are told either wgna/ blitz is not responsible for the malfunction or my favorite developers are aware and there is no timeframe for a fix to happen and then as the server issue just gets worse then comes the no compensation.Even though we have paid for the promotion, battle pass or any other service or product being offered at the time.As a member of 4 years with a considerable amount of cash invested as a matter of principle Ill continue to play

Wargaming is a company that treats its customers like cows to be milked. They consistently make poor decisions that frustrate players in their games but their worst aspect is the nonexistent customer service. When you make a request of them they offer a job explanation answer to explain why they cant help you. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

This has nothing to do with the game itself, as there are always going to be those that are simply better than you at the game. My complaint is that I have a WoT account that I am unable to log into as I have been away for several years, but their automated CS *****, and sends me in a vicious loop without addressing the issue at all. They provide NO way to contact them directly via phone, email or any other means by which to get issues resolved. So now I have an account that I have invested thousands of dollars, and god knows how much time into it, that I can't even access any longer.The game has it issues for sure, but the companies practices and their complete and utter lack of real customer support is astounding.If I could give a negative rating, I would.

WG's means of administering the game is unbalanced and unfair. They do not like criticism when one files a support ticket. They do not address issues with gaming complaints, even from a paying CUSTOMER. Their matchmaking seems to get biased against someone like me that complains to them, and they never fix the problem. They seem to get "revenge" on me by biasing the matchmaking so that I'm on very weak teams and my win/loss ratio is grossly in the loss column. They don't seem to base matchmaking upon skills/merit/teamplay, rather on subjective "karma" that other players can use to leave a complaint against a player whether it's a legitimate complaint or not. This type of malpractice and mismanagement makes a player like me lose money that I've invested in the improvement of my ships and equipment and seems like it's tailored to make me spend more money as a result. It's a scheme that needs to be regulated. If they don't like your criticism, they refuse to answer a support ticket, and close the case. Their professionalism is sorely lacking and they should be liable to refund money to players that they intentionally disenfranchise. I'd gladly join a class action lawsuit against these shady people.

This game is so Toxic with its pay to win platform. They sell the game as free to play, but it couldn't be far more from the case. Every shot you get hit with now forces you to use a med kit or repair kid. Which cost money. Wink wink...premium tanks and accounts as well as Christmas loot box's all add to the cost of hundreds of dollars out of pocket if you want to stay competitive. On top of all that wargaming's player support employees are borderline ignorant in their responses to you There is a culture of ratting people out, and you will get a chat ban if you call someone out for bad play..no no can't have that! If you even push someone you will get a game ban for a certain period of time ranging from 1 day to a perrma ban, as they like to call it. My advice to you, don't play this game. Its a rigged system to **** all your money out of your pockets...the games are rigged **** losses in 3 minutes are the norm. I could write a book; I'll call it the Toxic Avengers... about how bad and how many things are wrong with this game...

Wargaming.Net's game concepts (World of Tanks, World of Warships) are some of the best in the industry. Unfortunately, in my experience and opinion, the companies obsession with monetization of every aspect of the game involve many forms of manipulation of game mechanics. This is done to induce, pressure, influence, and downright coerce players into purchasing "stuff" from their Store (Premium vehicles, Upgrades, Training Packages, etc).All of the manipulated game mechanics involved (teleporting tanks/ships across an entire map to ambush Players, 1-shot kills by ** system tanks traveling at high speeds, matching Player Clans with Special Super Upgrades against average players with standard equipment, etc.) are aimed at making players feel inferior due to not having the "most powerful" equipment available, thus spend money and upgrade.This is not a Roblox style inducement to spend money to get different skins or other things to make your avatar more cool or stronger against other players.Filing a concern with "player support" will yield absolutely nothing from this gaming developer other than a referral to their "game mechanics" web pages (in other words a denial of what is happening) and now a absolute refusal to even address the concerns point by point by a scripted response of, "Wargaming North America has no involvement in game mechanics."How convenient that is. That was the exact response when I filed a list of these "manipulations" happening in the ** version of World of Tanks game and requested WG Player Support review their own video Replay that clearly shows these system generated interventions in the game: the reference included specific time stamps on their Replay Video so they could see for themselves how obvious this was.My 1-Star rating reflects Wargaming, *** corporate manipulation of the game to pressure players to spend money and does not reflect the overall game play itself when the game is executing without manipulation.

dont even waste bandwith downloading client. games are rigged, full of ******* bias, british caenarvan fully upgraded cant pen anything even with **** shells, same caenarvan is spotted and whittled down to less than half hp after only moving 50 to 100m from spawn at start of battle by invisible tanks ( in one case i left spawn immediatley and was roughy 100 meters from spwan and i was hit in the side by 2 tier 9 ******* heavy tanks and a couple of tier 8 mediums which went unspotted until our teams scout finally made it within 50 meters of tehm. so yeah i do NOT recommend wargaming AT ALL, unfair biased piece of trash, and that is before other issues that come up like getting chat bans when you have chat disabled in settings but somehow wargaming has a chat log for a disabled chat feature. i give a NEGATIVE 5 star rating to wargamign and wot. wows, wowp. have to manually input it in review as bbb doesnt factor in that companies sometimes deserve LESS than 1 star.

Do not spend money on this game! If you are an amnesty player the rules stated on their Updated Rules and Violations Policy 2022 page do not apply to you. They permanently chat banned me for minor chat violations when thier sites rules page states that they will never result in a permanent ban. I sent 11 tickets and they a apparently think that somehow I'm magically supposed to already know that. They are thieves, liars and hypocrites. NO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!!!
