As a loyal member since early 2022, I started with the monthly plan at $20 for a year and upgraded to the yearly plan at $179.99 in 2023.I appreciate the platform's features and the valuable marketing resources you've provided, like ad placement options (link 1)***************************************************** and sales tips seminars (link 2) *********************************************************************************. I'm committed to using these tools to improve my exposure and sales. Unfortunately, the promotional tools wouldn't be an option for me right now due to budget limitations.However, I'm disappointed with the lack of sales so far, with only one coming from a personal connection. This doesn't reflect the quality of my music, which has received positive feedback from BeatStars, your A&R Team, and even producer *********.I'm dedicated to succeeding on BeatStars.       If you are requesting a full refund for your newly purchased Monthly plan for $19.99 we can assist you further with a refund for the amount and the plan will be cancelled.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,
      I am rejecting BeatStars' proposed solution to my recent inquiry about my lack of sales despite positive feedback on my music quality. BeatStars offered to credit my most recent monthly subscription and cancel my membership, but my goal is to remain subscribed and achieve success on their platform.
      While I appreciate their willingness to find a solution, canceling my membership wouldn't be helpful. I believe a credit towards future marketing tools or a dedicated sales assistance program would be a more effective way to increase my exposure and generate sales.
      As a loyal BeatStars subscriber since early 2022, I've consistently uploaded music and followed their recommendations. The high quality of my music is confirmed by positive feedback from fellow producers, Music Artist, Fans, and even BeatClub's A&R team. With this in mind, I believe a credit or targeted sales assistance would be a win-win situation for both myself and BeatStars.
      By providing me with additional support, I'm confident I can turn things around and become a successful seller on their platform. This will ultimately lead to increased sales on BeatStars, generating revenue for them and establishing me as a valuable asset to their community.
      With your help, I hope to reach a resolution with BeatStars that allows me to leverage their platform effectively and achieve success.

      I was charged twice for a promotion campaign that I never signed up for.I was given $50 worth of promo credit; I used that towards ONE campaign and never authorized that campaign to be extended past the initial 1 day I authorized for the exact total of $50 (which, to be clear was given to me by Beatstars as a free promo credit, not my own money)$46.79 And $47.50 Are both unauthorized and I expect that money to be returned to me.

      Purchased a Beat, with a uncleared Sample. I was told I have to clear the Sample. Said Beatmaker already received payment to use the Beat. The Rights hold of the Sample is not being paid a percentage, of the money the Beatmaker is making from the Beat, and Im in the hook for $2000, to legally clear the sample, which should have been done by the Beatmaker. Beatmaker does not respond to a refund, and the admission, that they were wrong to sell a unlicensed beat, and I feel that Beatstars and the Beatmaker should pay the $2000 fee to legally license the sample. This is a bad business practice, and I feel that they are liable, for the purchase of the sample, and any Court fees, I have to pay, to file a Lawsuit

      I signed to beatstars publishing about 2 years ago. Finally received a payout which goes through **** to Beatstars publishing. About a week ago Beatstars claimed to have paid me but never did after I made a withdrawal to my payapal account. I won't harp on this too much as I have read that they have stolen much more from other. My next step is to file a complaint against **** who ** attaching their name to this fraudulent company. No customer service whatsoever. No expectation as to if or when I will receive my money. I'm removing all music from its platform.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      This company defrauded me out of my music and royalties. Technically they filed a fraudulent reply to a previous complaint on BBB and tricked me into resolving it.They sent me a new login which they later locked. As per the original complaint, they have approximately 50 of my songs. They've made the false claim that I have no rights to post my own music. Which had been on their platform over two years in most cases. Furthermore, I recently found that the little money they did pay was so that another of their artist could use lyrics from one of my songs. They claim the contract is null because I hurt one of their employees feelings while also falsely eluding to the idea that I have no rights over my own music or that I committed fraud which is slander. I know for a fact you cant breach a contract by hurting someones feelings nor supposedly breaking rules on your platform. The outcome can be nothing less than a deposit for any money you have collected from my music and deletion of all my copyrighted material from your platform. I would like the address or contact information for your attorney. I will move forward with a law suit against both beatstars and **** music. Upon more investigation I found this is a common practice of beatstars. I ask for proof that I don't have the rights to post my own music. This company is failing so they are scamming smaller companies out of their royalties. This will never ever be resolved until I have all of my money deposited into my account and my music removed from your platform. The claims they are making has to be handled in court. I will absolutely file a lawsuit in ****************************** for theft by deception. ************* could be a good service but they choose to scam. As of today I attach a screenshot where they are still collecting my royalties. Show proof I don't have the rights to post my music. Show me the term that violates the contract. Its that simple. Or remove my music and pay me.

      I have purchased 3 beats from this platform (beatstars.com). I reached out to them because i did not receive the download links to the beats i payed for in my email. Pay pal is the payment processor they use to collect all payments between buyers and sellers. When i reached out they said paypal declined my payment and thats why they haven't sent me the beats to my email. When i reached out to paypal they stated that the payment has be successfully completed and provided me with the transaction id. The money has also been taken from my checking account. I have been going back and forth with beatstars through email and they are telling me that paypal is misinforming me. I am providing all of the evidence that states that they did in fact take the payment but they still refuse to deliver the beats that i paid for. I also told them that the seller of the beats (***** beats) is also saying that they received the payment. Beat stars is refusing to accept the evidence that i am providing and is accusing paypal of lying to me when in fact their system is the one not showing the correct information. Please help. I just want to receive what i paid for. I have provided the paypal transaction successfully completed along with conversations ive had with beat stars where they refuse to solve my issue.

      Hi, I just tried to access my website that is a beatstars.com pro page and it states my account was disabled further checks shows that Beatstars blocked my account access stating that they would need me to provide evidence on my recent sales... which makes no sense as my products are digital and are readily available upon purchases apart from a few services which is provided via we-transfer/zoom etc. now I have not noticed any chargebacks form any customer nor have any customer complaints been brought to my attention.I would like my account to be re-activated so I can continue BAU. Shatta-Road Rekrdz LLC is a registered record label that does all the services required of a label and is fully compliant with all TOS of Beatstars. I am happy to provide all business documents if needed.

      I am rejecting this response because: It has been more than 60 days and my account is still disabled. what is the status of my account now, given your 3 strike rule and I was only provided with 1 warning in regards to the issue.
