On 9-5-22 I paid $69.63 for order (#******) for 2 hats on Rogue American's website, and I never received this item almost a month later. I have requested a refund multiple times and they are giving me the run around. Hello,
I included snapshots of the conversation. This customer wasn't getting the run around. His order was sent out and unfortunately **** had it sitting at the main ****** hub. We have had numerous orders leave our building and sit at the main ****** hub. This is an ongoing issue we have been having with ****. He was given a full refund. I did speak with my staff and went over communication with them. We have a new lineup of staff members and I do feel they could have communicated it better to ***********************. However, he was given a full refund.
