      Their Project Managment Representative, and Installation Supervisor lacked responsibility of verifying my Tub to Shower upgrade order's products were correct before the day of my installation, causing unnecessary delay in the completion of my project, and after the fact, their Regional Manager didn't feel I experienced any undue hardship, I wouldn't use them again personally, for any future project, "Buyer be Ware",

      We had our bathroom floors redone and the technician that did the work did an excellent job we were very happy with his work the company was easy to deal with and you could contact them at any time

      THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY RATING NOT EVEN A STAR !!WE ARE FORCED TO GIVE THEM A STAR AT LEAST THERE SHOULD BEE AN OPTION FOR A ZERO STAR.I went to ********** to have my bathroom done, I explained to the Lady that I needed the shower walls replaced, I picked the tiles and she placed my request on their web site and in a few minutes I got a call while I was at the desk at ********** with the lady who put my request in, I explained to the person on the phone what I was looking to have done and he said that they can do the job and took my info to have a sales person come by my house and go over stuff. On the day off the appointment I got several calls confirming the time and address , I to the appointment setter what I was looking to have done and he said the person coming over would go over everything on the second call back the appointment setter said the sales agent was running late and would be an hour and a half late , I waited and waited and no one came . I called ********** and spoke to the lady and I told her the whole thing and she asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. and I did not feel like it was right that I was stood up .This Statewide Company has never treated people right they only want to do BIG LARGE jobs and push small jobs away. These kind of Companies need to close go out of business. I will not give then a STAR as they don't deserve any .

      They do not need to get even one star, I signd a contract with Statewide on 05/20/2023.They showed up today 08/26/2023, and they don"t have everything to do the job. I was told it would be a one day job. So I do not know when they will get everything the need and when they will finish the job I should have cancled the job when I talked about it on 08/22/2023 and was told it would cost me 25per sent of the total cost. I said no they have not met ther part of the contract so I have the right to cancle and have to pay. I will never have anything to do with Statewide ever again

      When I contracted with Statewide Remodeling to replace 3 outside doors, I was told that there would be no problem reinstalling my security system into the new doors. On date of installation all went well until it was time to install the security system into the doors. The installers left the installation wiring exposed without installing security system. I was told by the installers to contact my repersentative about getting security system install because the installers did not do such things as this. When speaking with ****, my contact for the installation, he informed me that the company had changed their policy of installing security systems in the doors purchased. Note; security system requires holes to be drilled in the door frame and the door to place sensors, **** informed me that the company would not allow holes to be drilled so that the integrity of the doors and frame would not be comprised and that the security company would have install wireless sensors on the doors. **************** said it would cost $225.00 to installed. I was not informed of this new procedure of installing alarms on doors untill after installation. No warning of any out of pocket expenses. I have contacted **** numerous times to get this out of pocket cost resolved but have been since ignored by **** and Statewide Remodeling. This is not good business practicing. Leaves bad taste and feeling of mistrust in Statewide **************** as an honest and reputable company. I would like to resolve this and have my out of pocket cost refunded to me.

      We signed a contract with Statewide Remodeling who is a ******** of ********** in January to have our windows replaced. We gave them a check for nearly $8000 as a deposit that day. 2 weeks later we were told they didnt have the color we had agreed on. We selected another color and 1 week later we were told they didnt have that one either. We were given a choice of 3 ugly colors. We told them this was not what we agreed to when we signed our contract and wanted to cancel the work and have our deposit refunded. He said it was no problem and we would have our check within a week. That was February 28th and we still dont have our check. We have climbed the ladder 4 times and ended up speaking with the District Manager of the ***************** for **********. We were told a check would be overnighted. That was July 7th and we still dont have our check. We have gotten nothing but a runaround dealing with them. We will never do business with them again and are now having to get an attorney involved to get our money back. They are nothing but lying thieves!

      One star is really too much. Homeowners beware and stay away from this company. Their sales and administrative departments lack any organization or professionalism. We started with a contract in July 2021 and did not have a remodeled bathroom until January 2022. We were ignored, lied to, and mislead for months. We finally had to file a BBB complaint to get any action from the complany for their ineptitude. Last straw - they failed to request a final plumbing inspection from the city until April 2022.
