The WORST. Husband ordered an item for my birthday and made sure to get it before Black Friday craziness so it wouldnt sell out. Gave it to me on my birthday (31 days later) and it had a crack. So sad! We called that day and they said sorry! Our return window is 30 days..) SO insanely disappointed. We just want an exchange, no refund. Will never buy from this place again.Review from Brian Y

Been a customer of theirs since ****. It usually has been good service. I get lawn services through them. The do a aeration service annually. They weren't able last year due to a new lawn just put in. This year they claim it was done this past May which it wasn't. They say they are "doing it for free". It comes with my service however. They are getting increasingly hard to deal with and get them lined up correctly to come at the appropriate time of year.Review from Whitney H

There was a bit of miscommunication between myself and ******* that came out to discuss our needs. All we needed was a yard clean up after our renters moved out and to trim back and remove a few plants. They accidentally removed 3 ********* sages in the front beds and left the front bare. When I heard back from ******* regarding this mistake all I got was a my apologies. No offer to replace the almost 2.5 year old shrubs. And although I didnt make an issue of it, seems like poor customer service on their part.Review from Joe L

Go elsewhere! Do not go with this company. I was under the impression Id receive ********************** for a residential upfront fee to cover 1 year but not so. Now, I get a bill stating I owe for monthly services ( 4 months). I was told the money I paid ($300+) was only for initial service and then it was monthly. No way I wouldve agreed. I shoulda stayed with the last company but they were more expensive. That was a mistake! I never went thru this c*** *** Home and Residential ????????????????Review from PJ r

I had them come out because of a raccoon in my attic. I was told I would save all kinds of money if I agreed to this contract to come quarterly. Tech told me not to cancel till I had the first visit. So I sent them a message and told them to cancel only to be told their policy was I had to give 30-day notice and would still be charged for a visit even if it did not take place. Just find someone else who does not use these types of practices to force you into something you don't want or need.Review from Ann P

My complaint is with the plumbing ***** Call 2weeks ago to insure l would get a morning appt . was set for a morning appt come ****pm no plumber are a phone call l had to reach out to them all l got was l am so sorry they are still on another job running behind. I have used this company for over ten years yard service, painting and other things l have notice the service is getting bad my yard half done and you constantly have to call them to see if anyone coming out I just think it's sad that I sit here for morning appointment and here it is 1:30 and no one has arrived so the service is to me has gone down and the prices upReview from Wendell D

I dont even know where to begin with this company. One YEAR of no show for appointments, doing mold repair they arent licensed to do from installing an A/C improperly that leaked. Repairs skipped by painting OVER active mold. My tenant stopped paying rent (rightfully so) and ABCs insurance company is trying to tell me Well, they had use of 1/3 of the house so were not on the line for 1/3rd lost rent?!? 1/3 of a house INFESTED with black mold due to THEIR shoddy workmanship??. More no shows than I can count, unreturned phone calls and their liability insurer seems to be losing file after file after file that we send them. We are now out-of-pocket a large sum of money I wont print here because weve turned the whole MESS over to a lawyer. Rude on the phone, calls to upper, UPPER management NEVER returned. Suffice to say, if you are foolish enough to deal with themtake VIDEO of them working, copy EVERY piece of correspondence with them and..be prepared!Review from Leslie S

We have been doing business with ***** for many, many years. This company is prompt, professional and honest. Communication is easy and follow-thru is always timely. JJ is wonderful to work with and see all problems and service maintenance with your equipment thru to completion. We recommend A Perfect Pool without hesitation.
