We hired 5 Daughters o do a pool for a multi-family project. ***** with 5 daughters became un responsive & seem to be evading us. So we found a contractor to complete the plaster portion of the pool. Once we tried to power up the equipment we noticed that the electrical was done improperly. As well as lacking the dual drain that is code for commercial pools. *****, hires contractors & picks up the check. Doesn't seem to have great experience in pool building. Due your due diligence when hiring this company. 5 Daughter did a poor job for us.

The company has a grand opening. This is what is driving this decision. We just passed the bonding inspection last Tuesday. We could not plaster the pool until we had the passed inspection. I signed a proposal from the plaster company last Thursday May 30th.

I notified ******************* on Friday May 31st. He did not respond.

On June 5th I received a notice that the contract is being terminated.

On June 6th I received a call from **** and he said "hey I know that we sent you a termination letter yesterday, but we can't get power to the pool" I responded with reminding him that he didn't want to pay my electrician a trip fee to come out for a third time, and that he chose to have his electrician do it instead. **** then hung up the phone.

When this project was stuck in the San ****** permit department for review, we received threating letters from this outfit. The owner *********************** has asked us to cut corners and ************************* has been very unprofessional throughout this project and we have tons of evidence of this behavior.

I take pride in my BBB standing. I doubt that the company making a complaint about my company cares about theirs.  Even the complaint against my company has spelling errors and wasn't proofread prior to sending.

I have notified the permit center for the City of ********** that we received and accepted the termination letter. however in that acceptance I responded that what they accused of us of was not factual.

They have a grand opening on the 13th of June. That is 6 days from now. Instead of allowing us an opportunity to finish our work, they instead tried to terminate our contract and finish with outside sources. And it seems to have backfired.
