My company paid for 7 employees to get headshots taken, and paid $333/per person for the pictures. Their website guarantees pictures back within 10 days. It has been months, and the owner, Yannik, has been screening and blatantly avoiding and ignoring all of our calls, texts, and emails. He refuses to even respond. I am considering this theft and fraud. I would like a refund or we will pursue legal action to retrieve stolen funds and to make sure he doesn't continue to steal money and commit fraud.Initial Complaint

The Perfect Headshot charged me $258 on February 17th, 2021 for a service of a 30 minute headshot package. They charged the money before the service was completed. My initial appointment was on March 4th. This was cancelled by the owner stating that he could not perform the service on that day. I was told to reschedule, I rescheduled to March 26th (the first possible weekend day), only to find out that he also could not do that day. He texted to ask to move the appointment to April 2nd and offered to upgrade my package. I asked for a discount on my original package instead, this was denied. I then asked just to cancel the whole appointment and be refunded. I have called 4 times and left two messages, I have texted 4 times to no response and my initial appointment (March 26th) is tomorrow and I still have yet to receive any cancellation/refund confirmation. My appointment was rescheduled 3 times, I am unable to make the new date and I wish for a refund before the service has taken place and have had no response. The owner of the company was responding back and forth before I asked for a refund. I asked initially for a refund on Wednesday March 23rd and have asked via text and phone every day since. I have also tried to communicate via email. My receipt number is 1201-8463. The business has not returned any phone calls, emails or texts and has done nothing to resolve this problem.Customer response
