Im complaining because I have attempted to settle this dispute myself but they keep stalling to push me away.I bought their Green Dot many times but last three times I encountered an issue with the cards. These cards wont go through when I tried to activate them . I told them and all three cards with the amount I bought was refunded BUT, they didnt refund the service fee of $5.95 for each one. Its a service fee they ask you in buying the card.This is my argument. The fee for the service was never given because the card was never used. It was a bogus Moneypak that didnt go through because some numbers weee missing therefore, the device was not rendered that is why I want the $5.95 fee for service not rendered.I am also wondering how many of this happened to a lot of people who bought this card and was not refunded the service fee.What a way to make money without any sweat huh?Thats my point. I asked four times as they have all the records of my information because they refunded me the three times I asked for the refund which they refunded me the monies but without he service fees of $5.95.That not right and not fair.Review from Junaid A

The company has policies that are not defined. The company has a habit of sending money to the state as unclaimed property. They did this without notification.Review from Willie M

Horrible business that take your money and reimburse it. My social security check is supposedly deposited on this green dot card and they say my account is locked. They wont even return the money back to the *********************** They give you the run around about emailing your ID and proof of address and then saying that they never received it. I have emailed the documents three times and nothing yet. I asked for a fax number but they didnt have one. Please close this company down and dont use this company.Review from Ronald P

If I could leave a zero star I would . Horrible customer service . There main location is located in ***** ** however all there call centers are off shore . I had fraud on my account they refunded that time however they left that card open which caused more fraud to occur then had the nerve to tell me they would not refund or credit my account for there mistake . Beware !!!! They are a scam company . When asked to speak to management they always state one is not available. I will be taking legal action !Review from Ian V

Horrible, it was so hard to try and activate my card, the customer service said to activate it in the app and I did try and do that but it said information not linked or something like that and locked my card and called the customer service again and said please wait 24 hours again like how my card is lockedReview from Alisha J

I purchased a ******* money card years ago. Everything was good until I did a dispute on 6/19/24 about a merchant withdrawing money from my account. They sent me a new card on 6/24/24 and the funds were deposited back in my account on 6/21. I tried to activate my card but they told me that I needed a phone number update to unlock my account. On 6/27, they sent me an email to upload my DL front to back. Its 7/31 and I still havent received an email. Every time I call, they tell me that its still under additional review. Im still fighting to get my funds outta my account. Please help me get my funds back for my daughters and I.Review from Cynthia M

Had Green Dot five years. Needed to replace my card and it never arrived. Called for replacement and they needed proof of identity. I sent 15 pictures of drivers license front and back. Told the date are expired. My license is good until 2028. Then told too blurry. Them told too much flash. They restricted my account now. That is my sole income. Be nice to get an english speaking operator. Cant close account because they refuse to lift the restriction. Dont use them...... Go to a bank....!!!!!Review from LARRY A

THIS OUTFIT, ALSO OPERATING AS GO2BANK, HAS LOCKED ME FROM ALL ACCESS TO MY FUNDS. ALL I GET IS ******** AND RUN AROUND. AT PRESENT, I AM SO LOCKED OUT THAT I GET NOTHING. ALL EMAIL HAS BEEN STOPPED!I SENT A CERTIFIED MAIL NEARLY TWO WEEKS AGO TO THE GO2BANK ADDRESS AND CAN'T EVEN VERIFY DELIVERY BY ***** I HAVE THE TRACKING TICKET.THEY ARE HOLDING A LARGE SUM OF MONEY THAT BELONGS TO ME. THEY CLAIM IT IS BEING HELD DUE TO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY ON THE ACCOUNT. I WENT THROUGH THE SAME ORDEAL ONLY TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE DIRECT DEPOSIT HIT. NOW IT IS A REPLAY ALL OVER AGAIN! THEY ARE AS LOW AS LOW CAN GET! I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I RECEIVE A CHECK FOR MY FULL ACCOUNT BALANCE! THEY DON'T DESERVE A 1-STAR RATING!
