      This is by far the absolute worst *************************** I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have rented in ***** for almost 10 years and Morris Green was easily the most disconnected, useless group of people that call themselves a property management company. Upon moving in we found remnants of multiple wig installs in every bathroom. This included the bags and receipts and containers for the entire install it was clear the apartment was not cleaned beforehand(date on receipt was from 3 months prior to our move in). Within a few months the fridge broke. After submitting a maintenance form, the guy came out, looked at the fridge and informed us that this model was actually a part of a class action lawsuit and is known in the industry to be garbage and break regularly We were without a fridge for over three weeks, which is ludicrous when paying that much in Rent. This clearly falls outside of the timely repairs portion of the lease but I digress. Now, we have moved out and they are attempting to keep over 75% of our security deposit for normal wear and tear. ****** made multiple comments about how good condition the apartment was in and that it showed pretty but then *************************** tells us I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope however - the property was pretty beat up when you moved out."We kept that apartment in pristine condition and this treatment is insulting to our intelligence. The fact that we paid them an exorbitant amount of money in rent and fees only to be treated with disregard at every turn. It is obvious from reading the other reviews that mention ******************* and ****** specifically by name, that these are people just completely unequipped with the empathy needed to support tenants or provide service to anyone in any capacity.

      Absolutely the worst property management company. I would HIGHLY advise ****** renters away from Morris Green Properties if you have any alternatives.1. Upon moving in we had a rat infestation in our stove which, obviously, was not disclosed. We immediately notified a Morris Green and requested a new stove due to concerns about electrical damage and food hygiene. They sent someone who barely cleaned the stove which we were then left to **** with as well as having to manage the rats on our own. They actually tried to say the rats were our fault so we had to pay the cost of the repair but we argued this as we have just moved in and it was clearly an ongoing problem.2. We rented a split house in which the central heat and AC were completely controlled by another unit. We had sky high utility bills (which Morris Green never provided access to utility bills from the utility company despite multiple requests which seems questionable at best) that we had no control over. Eventually we discovered we were connected to the **** system in a very jimmyrigged fashion that had heat and AC pouring to the outside environment. 3. We discovered the **** problems when our bathroom wall was suddenly covered in mold. We alerted Morris Green and their solution was to disconnect us from the central heat and AC entirely. This was good for reducing our utility bills but left us without proper ****. We did have a small, incredibly old window unit for AC but literally no heat of any kind. We survived the winter storm of 2021 completely disconnected from heat. The unit still is not connected to heat currently. 4. Upon disconnecting us from all central heat and AC the unit began to sprout mold from multiple walls. I contacted Morris Green about this and they sent someone to spray down the walls. The mold obviously came back time and time again. This was very concerning from a health standpoint as I am a pregnant healthcare worker doing my best to stay safe during the covid-19 pandemic. This is a particularly bad situation to risk impaired lung function due to mold in my home because Morris Green couldnt be bothered to properly fix the problem.5. We have since left the property for the above reasons and more only to discover Morris Green is now attempting to retain our deposit. They state they are keeping nearly $200 to replace the carbon monoxide detector (which was never present in the unit upon our arrival - another complaint) and smoke detector which was present at our departure. Both these charges are invalid and wildly overpriced even if they were accurate. We have no way to refuse these charges but only to argue for the money back after they have taken it. Given their history, I am certain they will not be reputable.6. They have made contact with the company difficult if not impossible at every turn. They do not answer the phone or ever return voicemails. They rarely respond to texts. They do not respond to emails. Their main method of communication is via their portal which is fine expect that now I have no paper trail of the many ways in which they have been dishonest and unsafe. Additionally they have revoked my access to their portal numerous times over the past few months which has been incredibly frustrating as this is the only reliable way to get a response from them.Please, please rent elsewhere if you can and warn your friends and family against renting with Morris Green.
