Ill start by saying that overall my experience has been average, with just a couple major disappointing experiences throughout. I say this as one of the major issues was primarily on the homeowner, whos neglect to promptly address an issue with this house left us showerless for over a week (1 bathroom house), with no services or assistance provided by the homeowner nor All County Capital. Before this issue Im about to describe, I would have left this company 3-4 stars as I can see the nuance with the homeowner relationship this company may have had while handling our former bathroom issue. We have a rat infestation, have had one for months now. As renters, weve done our due diligence and informed All County Capital of the concern as soon as we noticed it. They hired someone to come out within a couple weeks to permanently close many of the (access points) in the exterior holes in the foundation, roof, under home access area, etc and then closed the ticket I opened for animals living in the wallsI commented that the animals are trapped inside and the issue was NOT resolved. *** attempted to be in contact more frequently recently with their team as the rats have eaten holes into the interior rooms of our home and have come into contact with our pets. Now that its a safety concern, they have suddenly expressed that this is our responsibility, and are not communicating well anymore (hardly at all).To say that that this is, in any way, our responsibility after months this company acting as if they are taking care of it, is whats led me to this review of poor experience. That has never been communicated to us and is not in our lease, although they are trying to (suddenly) claim it is. Per ***** law we have a right to a safe living environment, in which a rat infestation is deemed unsafe. Honestly, ** lost on what to do now. Animals are stuck in our walls, have had ******* ***** are coming in our home. Hire professionals to handle this, please.

All County Property Management managed 8 properties for me in the area and did a great job representing my interests as a landlord by getting quality tenants, limiting vacancies, and handling needed repairs on the property. The property manager is a wealth of information and has tremendous experience with property management, and has a great team behind him. I would highly advise using their services to manage your single-family rentals in the region.

I used All County to get my mother-in-law in at one of their properties and I really dont understand all the bad reviews here. I thought they were excellent and treated her perfectly and I have no complaints. I would use them again if I needed.

This company, who manages the property at **************, is unethical. They refuse to re-stripe and sign the handicapped access aisle. I am unable to get out of my car when I visit the property.

These people are total crooks! They are LIARS and actively scamming people! The property at ************** #B is listed at $1950 as of 3/20/23, but when we called the office, they said it's actually $2,500. THEY ARE ACTIVELY LYING TO PEOPLE! I am reporting them for false advertising.Every single property they have for lease at the moment are trashed inside (covered in dust/dirt/rat poop) and have broken/leaking appliances and faulty locks. Each property's lockbox has the same code, which is super unsafe! Go see the listing at *********** and the one on ************************** IN PERSON to see for yourself how trashed this company allows these places to be! Absolute trash.

As a tenant, I cannot tell you strongly enough to run, run, run from any home being managed by this property management company. The house was filthy upon move in and in a state of poor repair upon closer inspection after move in. I was charged for having too many tickets opened after move in. It took two emails and ten phone calls to find out why I was being charged. This property management company is not responsive to this tenant and is interested only in getting as much money from you as possible. Run, run, run.

If I could leave negative ***** I would. This company is beyond hopeless. To busy to handle disputes regarding proper maintenance of their properties. One of my properties shares a fence line with a home that this company manages, that has been in disrepair since June of 2021. I notified the company of the issues, and they gave me some gray area jargon about which side of the fence they are responsible for. I have multiple properties, all of which have had the cost split between home owners for repairs. This property line is indeterminate, and therefore I could not care less which side faces me. The bottom line is, it needs to get fixed. The property managers tenant has a large dog over 60 lbs, and there are holes in the fence that it can easily get through. I wonder who's responsibility it is when the dog attacks a child?I brought this issue to their attention in June 2021 and nothing has been done since. I reminded them of the issues two weeks ago, and have been evaded ever since. Every time I call, it is met with annoyance and excuses about why I cannot speak with the manager responsible.It makes me wonder, if this is the owner who is evading me in this manner, then what kind of dire straights is their company in overall?The renter who lives in the property next door is fed up with them as well, stating every time they contact the management company it is met with dismissal and she is told that her trees are causing the issue. No they are not? The fence is almost 20 years old.I have offered to split the cost fair and square with them twice now, and have only been given the run around. I just refurbished my property this year, so I am absolutely sure they have more money then I do and they still won't do it.I provided an estimate as well as a clear deadline of yesterday to start working on this (7 business days notice). What occurred? No response, evasion continued.Great company, you will probably do great working with them! -5 stars

PREDATORY COMPANY- BE CAREFUL- ****** (owner) is rude, condescending and lies to rent properties. Our property was rented as is which means it was never cleaned, not true to photos and a complete mess. The previous tenants had left multiple personal items, furniture and such around the house. This company does not respond to any communication. The office staff has very little knowledge of the properties and ****** hides behind is gate keepers. I agree with all of the other reviews, very similar experience and we are now stuck dealing with their retaliation. Be careful!

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional property management company. In the year I lived in one of their properties, every time I submitted a ticket, I had to call 1-2 times before they would even acknowledge the ticket. When I moved out, they have tried deducting bogus items from my deposit and 34 days after the closing of my service with them, I have YET to receive my deposit back. They have stopped responding to my emails. It is ridiculous that I have to spend my time fighting bogus charges (like rekeying) and attempting to get back a substantial deposit.
