Magnolia Golf Properties include 3 golf courses: Teravista, Avery Ranch, and Falcon Head golf clubs and the owner is *****************. Since Avery Ranch Golf is the only golf business listed in BBB, I'm filing complaint on it.I signed one year "Silver player club membership" with Magnolia Golf Properties starting 05/28/2021 and ending in 05/2022 and paid for it in full.On 03/24/2022, Magnolia Golf Properties' general manager, ***************************** wrongfully accused me of violating membership agreement which I did not and terminated my membership. I tried to reach out and resolve the matter with **************** but only met with wrongful accusation. I requested a partial refund of the unused membership fee and was denied. Per attached contract agreement, I have fullfil my contract requirement but Magnolia Golf Properties have not. It's illegally for Magnolia Golf Properties to breach contract agreement and rob customer on membership fee. I'm reaching out to BBB to help resolve this issue.I'm seeking a partial refund of the unused in the amount of $644.09Customer response

I have been a players card member for the last ********************************************************************************* I was not notified that my membership was processed so I assumely thought it was terminated. Every month I have been sent statements with a balance due and acknowledgment that card was processed. Avery billed November for one month with a 0 balance due. Now they are seeking $281 even though their system failures caused the issue.Avery Ranch now will not acknowledge there system had a error and are saying I now owe them two months. They have sent me one statement showing $0 owed.Avery Ranch specifically *********************** and Josele have acted very hostile and negilent through email communications as well failing to acknowledge their systems failure.
